This was a David urquhart trip and was good value . The only thing was the first night the bed was so uncomfortable that neither my husband nor I got any sleep. I complained the next morning and we were moved room that evening. Full marks to the staff . I just hope that the mattress in room 10 has...

Usual coach trip hotel needs refurbishment. Stayed here before in 2012 just the same then. On arrival there was little or no heating in the room had to have a convector fire. Beds clean the rest of the hotel a bit tatty. The coach trip to this hotel however was good value the food being o.k. Would not use this...

Thank you for your review I must apologise for the heating it was out of our control it has now been rectified. As this is a very old Hotel the improvements are ongoing but to keep the cost of the coaching holidays very competitive this takes longer than we would like. Hope to welcome you back in the future. Got here yesterday evening, 4 night, 5 day coach break with 'David Urquhart Travel', let me start by saying; the hotel is Not 5☆, the fixtures and fittings are very dated and tired, it has seen much better days but by no means deserves the nonsense that some people have said about it, The food is not 5☆ but I...

Nice hotel not to far from the small town centre. Travelled on a David Urquhart 5 day tour. It is not the Ritz but for what you pay it is excellent value for money. Hotel is clean and comfortable nice bar area and reasonably priced drinks with really good entertainment every night. Had a sea view room which was lovely....

We had read some pretty horrible reviews about this hotel before we went and we're a bit worried but as it turned out we had a great time there. The bed was a bit hard and the water pressure in the shower was not great ant the floorboards squeaked, but it is an old hotel and we had a great value...

Stayed here on a walking weekend with a group of friends. Excellent value for money for our 2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was very good, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Bar facilities were brilliant - called the "quids in" and that's exactly what you paid for your drink - yes £1 - for...

The owners of this hotel have obviously lost any passion that they may of had in this industry. Hotel is in need of some tender loving care....but they know this already from all the reviews they've received and have chosen to ignore them. Rooms are basic but clean. Squeaky floorboards everywhere which means you can hear the people above you...

Thank you for your comments they are well received. The Glenmorag is primarily a coaching hotel and as such does not cater for romantic breaks but we try to make birthdays, anniversaries etc as special as we can if informed beforehand of the occasion. Hope to welcome you again. Frank Joubert Manager
