Fantastic place to stay, friendly team and always make you feel at home. Great breakfast and always a great start to the day. The honesty bar in the evening is great, serve yourself and have a great time during your stay. Already booked for our visit next year and so looking forward to it.

We were due to stay here for a week, but on arrival we learned that it was 17 steps to reach our planned room. Sadly, as my wife has mobility problems, the manager said it would be impractical for her. He immediately began calling local hotels to try to find us alternative suitable accommodation. Thanks to his kindness we were...

We travelled to Chepstow to meet up with friends who had booked a table for Sunday lunch, on entering we were greeted by Michael & his welcoming staff. Lunch itself was excellent. We asked if they had a room available which they had & we were shown room 9, a large warm room with a huge bed, good quality, crisp...

we were given a room overlooking the castle - we actually booked a standard room so that was a bonus. The price of the room was underpriced in my opinion and it was excellent value for money. Very clean and everything you could want in the room. It is a shame it is now just a B&B because the lounge...

Thank you kindly for your positive feed following your recent stay with us. We are pleased you had an enjoyable experience and apologise for the bar being a little quiet, this means you'll have to come back when the season really starts going and attend one of our many summer themed nights. Kind regards Castle View

In 1884, the residence became a school, evidenced by the artifacts that were found under the floorboards in 1977. The Norman Castle, built in 1067 by...
