What a delightful experience!! The room was very clean and well decorated (family room) there was a good selection of teas and coffee available in the room, this is really nice to see as most other b&b's have your norm breakfast tea and nescafe coffee which are really quite dull. The owners were very accommodating as we have a five...

We received a friendly greeting at this quiet bed and breakfast, which is located 5 minutes walk from the centre of Buxton. We stayed in the family room which provided plenty of space, good storage and a reliable wi-fi connection. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, ample and very tasty. However the real star of...

The house is large and comfortable. Our room was smallish for 2, tiny bath, but well- appointed with everything one might need. Large lounge available to guests, but we also liked the seating area in upstairs hall which was comfy and warm. Breakfasts were delicious, with many choices. We had eggs and smoked salmon one morning, an alternate that had...

The room was beautifully arranged and the range of tea, real coffee and hot drinks in the room was most welcome. Beds were very comfortable...white bath robes for both of us and a warm room but we could turn...

We only stayed for one night on a visit to the theatre in Buxton. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were shown to our room. It was clean, airy and we had a very good nights sleep. The following morning we had an excellent breakfast.

After visiting Chatsworth House in Derbeyshire, my wife and I decided to stay the night at Buxton. Following a couple of enquiries we were directed to "Stoneridge". An elegant Victorian house, close to the Pavilion Gardens. We were made very welcome by Claire and Andrew. A comfortable room. Good food. Excellent. Highly reccomended. Malcolm and Thelma Graham

Stoneridge is situated on a quiet leafy lane, within easy walking distance of a range of restaurants, shops and bars. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and there were lots of well thought out finishing touches.
