A decent and well managed family run B&B with a small farm attached. We stayed with two girls in the two bedroom family suite and we were all happy with the layout and quality of the rooms. The breakfast served in the morning was a delight and set us up for the day ahead nicely. Buxton is a great base...

While the room was lovely the place itself seemed to lack character. The breakfast room was so uncomfortably quiet you could hear a pin drop. It would be nice if people could be a little more spread out, as the dinky tables mean you end up sitting very close to other parties, which gives it a bit of an awkward...

Came here for a weekend away to visit Buxton/Peak District and was impressed with the reviews given to Staden Grange so I decided to book there. Wasn't disappointed with the location (albeit being behind a small industrial estate) and the courtyard was spacious. Hosts very welcoming and knowledgeable. Rooms very neat, clean & tidy. Be good for families in the...

Super accommodation, large rooms and spacious clean bathroom. Good location close to Buxton but in the countryside, and a smashing breakfast. Great for young children with donkeys, llamas etc. Pleasant views. Will come again.

Seldom you will find a place that has 5 Star accommodation in a B&B setting. If you want a quite and professional accommodation look no further than Staden Grange. Alistair and his wife provide excellent service in a very quite professional way. There was nothing i could want in my room. Alistair and his wife thought of everything. Well done

We stopped at Staden Grange for my 50th Celebration with my family, Sister, Brother-in-law, Nephew & Niece December 2016. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, warm and with all the amenities required for a joyous weekend away. The accommodation is set in superb surroundings and only 2 miles from Buxton Town centre. The owners Alistair & Sarah (and another couple)...

We chose Staden Grange for a quiet night away without the kids and couldn't have been more pleased with it! We were welcomed enthusiastically by the owner, even though we arrived a little early, and shown straight away to our room. The room was lovely, well furnished and clean. We got a local taxi into Buxton and enjoyed an excellent...

We were a group of 11 adults and 4 children and chose Staden Grange as it was roughly half way between Northumberland and Wiltshire our respective homes. We had a lovely family weekend. The rooms were very comfortable and we had access to a bar and lounge and enjoyed a few Buxton Ales supplied by the local brewery. The breakfasts...
