Good hotel. As a family, the room exceeded our expectations considering other hotels we have checked in before. The location is not easily located especially if you arrive at night. Need for sign post.

A little hard to find as it was behind the Travelodge, but once found was very pleased with the hotel, pub and grounds. Staff very welcoming, rooms very clean. Would definitely stay here again if needed to be in this area.

next to quays bar and restaurant in the festival leisure park.Rooms are a good size with a comfy bed, flat screen TV, coffee making facilities, shower over bath. There appears to be no air con so I guess could be hot in summer, but there was a fan in the room. The sink in the bathroom is fitted far to...

Hotel itself is fine, excellent staff but very cold rooms, utterly useless free wifi and grim breakfast experience in restaurant. Room temperature thermostat limitied to an uncofortably cold maximum, Wifi is completely unreliable, drops the connection every 10 minutes requiring continual repeated sign-in.

So stayed here twice now.... once as needed to be local for work and once as o had been out in the evening. Would stay here again without doubt. Have found the hotel to be quiet and peaceful even on a Friday/Saturday night. Stayed on a Sunday too and been even more quiet. There is a pub attached which is...

Rooms are good, modern, decent TV etc but no lift so if you have difficulty with stairs phone in advance for a ground floor room. Noise is kept to a minimum from the outside which...

The Premier Inn hotels I tend to find are very clean. You know what your getting for the money. The adjoining restaurant however is a different matter. In this case I found the restaurant to be dark, shabby, dirty and needed a good upgrade. Not a good place to eat. It smelt like a badly run nursing home and I witnessed...

The easiest way to find it is to go past the eateries at the front of festival park. Go past the David Lloyd leisure place and take the last turning left. We arrived Sunday late afternoon, used the free wifi available in Reception to secure a great room (ground floor 17 to be exact) for a mere £73.00. The room...
