I thought this hotel was very nice and comfortable and good value for money. The rooms were very clean and although some people had put about road traffic noise we did not hear anything at all. It is in a very good position with plenty of restaurants around to choose from. Parking was also very easy even on a Saturday...

Finding this is difficult when using a sat nav, particularly at night. From the main carpark has a narrow and long access roadway which is tight and badly lit and floods during rain. Also as there are no signs for the Premier Inn, which I gather the local council does not permit. The PI's car park is small, poorly lit...

Hotel & Separate restaurant staff were very pleasant & helpful, the location is tricky to find hidden behind a shopping complex & leisure centre ... access roads are very narrow & double parked. But the hotel & restaurant / bar were fine for an overnight stay

Well presented but small room. The walk to the restaurant is a pain, particularly as it was -4 in the morning. The area surrounding the hotel is poor, does nothing to provide a positive initial impression. Not the easiest place to find either. Room price is on par for the area though still expensive. Restaurant is the usual chain experience,...

Stayed for 15 nights. Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely recommend, and thank you for the helpful receptionists. The room was clean, tidy and warm. Did not have breakfast but a good cappuccino.. ate at the restaurant as well.

Stayed at Festival Park Basildon with our grandson for 2 nights when visiting relations. Checked in online so booking in was easy, room was very clean and spacious the only problem we had was that we put our towels in the bath to be changed before we left for the day however on our return the towels didn't look fresh...

Don't order the breakfast, the "pub/restaurant" was cold, the buffet was stale and on a very dirty table cloth. Cooked food was made to order but the bacon seemed over cooked and cold, and the eggs wet brown and crispy. Room was ok, no air con which wasn't an issue for us as we stayed in December. This wifi seemed...

The room and bed were by far the most comfortable I've been in for a long time. Modern hotel, excellent friendly staff and Christmas Eve we were given mince pies, chocolates and handwritten card in our room! A few minutes walk brings you to a great cinema and restaurants and Southend is a 20 minute drive away. Highly recommended and...
