Stayed overnight whilst visiting friends. Clean decent sized rooms. Friendly staff. Would recommend room facing the back of the property as quieter. Friendly staff. Recommend booking early to take up the early bird rates. Restaurant next door do a nice breakfast for reasonable price. Also went there for lunch. Extensive menu, something for everyone.

We stayed at the premiere inn on the A13 jct with Nerthermayne Basildon by the Haywain Beefeater. Staff in both the Hotel and the restaurant are very helpful and will help with any questions you may have, plus a very good nights sleep, in fact a very pleasant stay

Amazing service polite staff only problem was my room felt like an oven and I couldn't turn the heating down and I did switch heater off but my room still heated up so I ended up leaving my room window open all night

Stayed for one night after op in Basildon Hospital. Received a friendly welcome from the guy on reception. Although the hotel is between a railway line and an A road, did not detect any overnight outside noise. However, we were given a ground floor room which was a mistake. The Premier Inn does not have concrete floors between the ground...

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family. bearing in mind this is a budget hotel, the rooms were in good condition, very clean and was noise free. Asked for my usual selection at budget hotels, in being upstairs and as far away from the main stairs as possible ( less people walking past and no footfalls from the room...

As always the rooms are clean and large enough and the reception and housekeeping staff were all very pleasant. You know what to expect and at what price. I had to jam the room info sheets under the TV stand to make it a bit more level as I had no screwdriver. Bedside light fitting could be tightened up as...

This hotel and its staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is what you expect from the brand. The only disappointment was the restaurant beefeater next door. The restaurant while busy had empty tables one right in front of us clean and set but the manager refused to seat us for breakfast. He said 20 minutes and i pointed to...

From our arrival to departure, staff friendly, efficient and caring. Hotel quiet and relatively secluded, close to main road networks and access to the main town. Restaurant on site was convinient, though forever busy, found it hard to book meals at times convenient to me. Will definitely stay again.
