I was up in Banbury over the Bank Holiday for a Wedding and based on recommendations of local hotels, I booked the Fairlawns. I had a really nice stay and the Guest House was perfectly located for where I was being picked up for the Wedding. I stayed in room 14, the room directly to the left as you go...

The building itself looks lovely but we stayed in a 'chalet' at the back of the main building. Room was basic with only a double.......would expect a kingsize. It was okay but did remind us of an old peoples residence. It was clean but not really clean and the bathroom was tiny with a very small sink in it. You...

What lovely people Maureen and Alan are, they inform you of places of interest, pubs and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was more than filling and they are very accommodating to special requests. The rooms we found to spacious with towels and toiletries provided as well as tea & coffee. I would recommend Fairlawns Guest House to any traveller. Thanks again...

9 friends met to celebrate the retirement of one of them. We chose this B & B as from the web site it looked good and had the requisite mix of rooms that we required. The rooms were clean if a little cold. There were clean towels ready and were changed every day. The dining room offered a good selection...

We stopped for two nights and are delighted with the accommodation and the breakfast. We were made very welcome and given a choice of rooms all with full facilities. We were able to park outside our room in the extension. We highly recommend The Fairlawns and will stop again

All good. Plenty of parking. Nice clean room. Good choice for breakfast. (Though take your glasses as the menu is on the wall not on the tables). Well located on main road into Banbury. Good WiFi reliable and quite quick. Have booked to return later in year.

The guesthouse is easy to find, the staff were very nice, friendly and professional. The rooms are perfect and as described in their site. I was very impressed by the price and the facilities that are provided, the room I was given was at the top of the house, which was good for me but if you are quite tall...
