We arrived unexpectedly early in the morning and were not expecting to get into our room until the afternoon. No problem at all and a pot of tea and biscuits were also forthcoming. As we had spent the last 21 hours on a plane from Australia this was very welcome. Had a very pleasant room and a sunroom looking out...

Spent a very nice night here. Made very welcome and had a very nice breakfast.Very handy for the town of Banbury and Stratford where we spent a great day. The owner has spent a lot of time and effort in upgrading this B&B. The weather v good, just wish we could have spent some time in the gardens at the...

The best B&B garden I have ever seen. The owners put a lot of effort into it and it shows. Again, the room was about the best I have ever stayed in - I was lucky to have a private conservatory with it! For breakfast there is plenty of choice, with a great English breakfast that proved popular. The landlord...

We booked very last minute and had a ground floor room, backing onto a beautiful garden. Very comfortable bed, clean and well serviced room. So peaceful. I couldn't fault anything. Made to feel very welcome. A good choice at breakfast, all cooked beautifully. Would certainly stay again.

We stayed 3 nights in two doubles (4 persons) while visiting for a family wedding in town. Booked in advance but no requirement to pay in advance. Friendly welcome with advice as required (no pushing). Accommodation was ideal with plenty of room, modern TV (for a change) easily programmed. Breakfast was 'smashing' with plenty of choice, .... even the coffee...

My partner and I had a lovely stay at prospect house. The room was spotlessly clean, with good quality towels & bed linen. The owners couldn't do enough for us, and gave us excellent local advice. Breakfast was of excellent quality (not a cheap sausage in sight!!), and had plenty of selection for all tastes. The breakfast room was also...

We spent one night at Prospect House having not booked ahead. Our hostess was very welcoming and got us settled in the last room for the night. The place is clean and tidy and we had a nice sized room and bathroom. We were within walking distance to town. After breakfast the next morning, our host Nick gave us a...
