This B & B is right in the centre of Ashford historical township, near to buses to William Harvey hospital. Everybody was very helpful, they carried my bag to my room for me, the room I was given had everything they had promised me. I was in a room with a skylight and bathroom, the shower was over the bath,...

This is a simple B&B so don't expect 5 star luxury. What you can expect is a clean bedroom room, comfy bed and lovely bathroom, polite and helpful landlord and a location that is hard to beat if you have an early start on Eurostar at the International station. There is a large public car park very close to the...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel once I found it. The front of the hotel was in a pedestrian precinct and the access to the back was difficult to find as the sat nav kept trying to take me down the pedestrian street. It was a shame the directions to the car park weren't explained better. The room I...

The last two reviews have not be too kind, but I found this very central albeit tucked away b&b acceptable. The staff were very polite and my room was clean and tidy and with a t.v. on an upper floor. You have the choice of breakfast, or no breakfast and apparently it is at a local cafe, although i did...

Firstly, this cannot be described as a "bed bad breakfast" since they do not offer breakfast! To indulge in this luxury you have to make your way to a cafe down the road! A menu of the delights offered by this establishment can be found in the bedroom. Our arrival was in December yet there was no heating and the...

Stayed here this month and so disappointed. Reception area was cluttered and unwelcoming. No heating turned on in room. Double room very small and more suited to single occupancy. Half the light bulbs missing, wardrobe full of "tatty" coat hangers and a broken fan heater. Only one stool to sit on. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly, pedal bin not...

This weekend, I spent a night here with my two children in the family suite. I arrived late, stressed, lost and Sat. Nav. frustrated. Paul, the owner, could not have been more lovely. He made us feel relaxed and calm and couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable and happy. It is sometimes a vulnerable feeling travelling as a...

Having moved down to Ashford in June to undertake a short contract role, I needed temporary and clean accommodation at a keen price. Not an easy combination, but I found it here! I got in touch with Paul, the General Manager and I have to say, he couldn't have been more helpful. I needed to stay a full three weeks...

This was the first place I stayed at after ending my obsession with Travelodge (feel free to ask why!), so I was nervous about staying somewhere which I had no idea about. The reviews were good though and the location (about 10 minutes, maybe 12 minutes walk) from Ashford International station was enough to get me staying, as the price...

Stayed at The Cornerstone as I needed a place to stay before catching the train in the morning. We were greeted by the Owner, a very friendly chap who took us to our lovely comfortable room. We also had a very nice breakfast in the cafe next door in the morning. No noise heard during the night and the staff...
