Staff helpful when you could find them. Seems the company has a policy of not manning reception, so there is no 'Meet & Greet' and it's very difficult to find anyone should you require help.The mattress was knackered and the coffee in the room was the bare minimum.
So my meeting was cancelled Premier Inn wouldn't cancelu my booking. A month before? Poor service lost a regular booking. Its 2019 guys get on it!! Sad thing is Premier Inn don't care. There are plenty of other Hotels on the south coast to choose from
Overall we were very satisfied with our visit to Worthing Premier Inn. Only concerns were narrow entrance for car and tight parking spaces, and luke warm water in the mornings. Not serious enough to make a formal complaint. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
