I have stayed in hotels up and down the country for the past 22yrs and have never been so cheesed off with the staff as in this one. To begin with it's a dump, but what can you expect for the money. It's very noisy too but again it's in the town centre so I'm not surprised. I do expect...

I stayed for one evening at this hotel which I found to be clean and comfortable. I paid £60 B&B basis for two which I thought was good value. It is close to the centre of Wolverhampton with a car park around the corner (£7.50) for overnight parking. On the same street is a wetherspoons, the theatre and a couple...

There was festival in Wolverhampton and lots of our group are staying in this hotel. They are aware and ready to help. Very reasonable price and lovely clean room. Only thing the saucer and spoon was not clean but it not a priority to us. Good hot running shower. Good night sleep.

Stayed here 1 night in a single room on the top floor. Bed not the most comfortable but was ok, didn't hear any noise during the night, room was fairly clean, shower was good with plenty of hot water, tv worked & tea/coffee facilities available in the room. Vending machine in the reception only has chocs & crisps - no...

We stopped over here for 1 night due to visiting family. The location was good near train station and a good Wetherspoon's over the road. No parking is available at the hotel - you either need to use the NCP round corner which you can't get overnight rate until 6:30pm or use one on faukland crescent which means getting up...

This hotel is conveniently located, being spitting distance from the bus and train stations and also easy walking distance into town. The price was very reasonable and the standard of the rooms definitely reflects that. The wifi is only accessible in the lobby, it is not available in the rooms. My big gripe is that as a non smoker, this...

Myself, my partner and our family members stayed here over the weekend and our experience from start to finish was awful. When we first entered the room there were stains all over the wall, dust and hairs everywhere. The floorboards and the bed were really creaky you could hear the people in the room above us walking around. When we...

Do not book here!! The room stank of stale cigarette smoke, we found hair balls on the floor of our room and used plastic cups underneath the beds. There was some form of sauce on the telephone in the room, the showers had mould, dirt, and hair in them, and the bathroom floor was filthy!! I did not expect much...

We were first given room 136 on the first floor. The carpet was dirty, wallpaper peeling off wall, paper screen on bathroom window peeling off, filthy blind and mouldy windows, bath dirty with rust mark.On complaining we were given another room 310. This was better but the carpet was threadbare, hot tap on bath was broken so had to use...
