I organised a 50th birthday ball at this venue for someone and was overjoyed with everything from beginning to the end of the event. I live in London and initially thought finding a venue in wolverhampton might be tricky. The Ramada and a few other places came up on a Google search and as Ramada was top of the list...

Stayed at this hotel for one night on business trip. Room very clean and comfortable. Nice bar onsite although small and got busy when football was on TV, other than that good for light snacks, burgers ect. As a guest you get access to the gym and spa, well worth the visit, pool quite small but a relaxing couple of...

A lovely hotel. Just note there are no lifts in the building. So awkward to get to your room. Up and down stairs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties or is in a wheelchair. Has a small pool which is okay. Not in the main building but a short walk.

Only stayed for the one night with my wife and 2year old. Booked last minute and they were very helpful and efficient with the check in and out process. Nice and clean rooms and bar. All staff are friendly.

My friend booked this stay as part of her 30th birthday celebrations. Despite booking 5 x twin rooms 1 year in advance she had a few hiccups whilst confirming the booking as they only had double rooms available. This was disappointing for her and added some stress, but after speaking to the right people she got it sorted. I dealt...

A great to visit for a cheap weekend. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Average facilities and sub standard service especially housekeeping and room service food. Despite remarks above we had a great time meeting up with family for a wedding.

Was given a voucher as a present for afternoon tea. Having booked the venue time and date after several attempts due to some discourteous staff we arrived at the venue. We were met b smiling staff who showed us where to go and handed us over to Alex, the duty manager. He was extremely polite and very courteous. He took our...
