Charming public areas with lots of interesting artefacts. Two very pretty gardens. The decor in the rooms was a little tired but they were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the en suite bathrooms were a very generous size. The hotel is on a fairly busy road so ask for rooms at the back if this is likely to be a problem.

Response from Mr Keith Kirkham, General Manager at Barons Court Hotel

Hi and thank you for your review and kind comments, the gardens do look nice this time of year we are one of only a handful that have private gardens to relax in. The cleaning staff are working extra hard at this time to ensure rooms are safe for our guests during this period of Covid 19. There are plans in the pipeline for a reinvestment into our rooms once things become more stable. We have had secondary glazing installed on the inside of the rooms on the front of the hotel to reduce road noise , as the hotel was built in 1909 as a private house and is now a listed building, there are restrictions on what can and can not be done with regard to new window casements etc. The system works fine when they are locked in but during warmer periods when windows are open for air , not so. Yes you are correct we do have rooms to the rear overlooking the garden these are limited but may be requested on booking if available . Breakfast will be resumed as soon as we can but hope the complimentary bags did the job. Thank you again Keith and team.

We love this hotel. So clean and just love the decor. Keith is so friendly and always so lovely to my parents, who are very elderly and need some help. They love Keith and the hotel and we always stay, to and from Wales. We got a free breakfast bag, which we didn't expect. The room has tea and coffee and choc bars anyway. I love the gardens and the top floor room with fireplace and rocking chair. Its the start of our holiday. Its so great to be able to bring the dog. Keith is a rock and works so hard, but always has a smile for us. We will be back.

I have stayed at the Barons Court Hotel during the working week for several months, whilst working away from home. Keith the Manager and all of the Staff working there are always very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable have en-suite bathrooms and are serviced and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Rooms have free Wifi, TV, coffee and tea making facilities and there is a large carpark at the rear of the hotel. Breakfasts are fantastic with plenty of choice on the menus. The Hotel is also nicely decorated at Christmas time and at Halloween..! I would highly recommend the Barons Court Hotel, great place to stay and very good value for money.

My friend and I have stayed here for the weekend every six weeks for the last 2 1/2 years whilst doing our yoga teaching training course, it is an excellent place to stay. Keith is an amazing host, welcoming and super efficient. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms the cleanest I have ever come across. The breakfast’s are superb. The hotel is really quirky, the decor is completely unique. This is an exceptional hotel and extremely good value for money. I can’t recommend it more highly, it ticks every box. Thank you Keith for your fantastic service, you really do go above and beyond
