Beautiful hotel, staff very polite and accommodating to our every need. Even found out that the hotel itself is haunted, that was an interesting surprise, but learnt alot about the hotels history. Food was amazing, only downfall as that the room was to hot to sleep.

We stayed at Oatlands Park for 1 night after visiting Brooklands. Very easy to find and ample parking, so a good start. Hotel was under refurbishment, but didn't cause any big problems. We had a room on top floor furthest to the left of hotel, which was well furnished and

Dear Sally, Thank you for your kind comments. We are delighted that you had a great stay with us overall. The hotel is indeed very well situated for visiting Brooklands Museum, and the many other local attractions. As you say, both Weybridge and Walton on Thames are a short distance away. Our historic hotel is undergoing a sympathetic transformation, and all areas of the building will be addressed in stages. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

We stayed at this hotel last summer. In general the place has a faded grandeur about it. During our stay we were denied access to some spaces and facilities as there was a wedding being held there. We were given a room above the bar where the reception/ disco was being held.

Dear Mr Hartigan, Thank you for your kind comments. We are very pleased that you had a pleasant, if brief stay with us. Our historic property has been a hotel since 1856, and stands on the site where Henry V111 built a palace for his new Queen., Anne of Cleves in 1538. Our renovations are progressing very well, and the work in the lobby will be completed in the next few days. The bedrooms, meeting rooms and all the other areas that have been refurbished, have been very well received by our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon.

Hotel foyer was being refurbished. This is OK because the hotel is continuously undergoing improvements that are normally carried out at the Christmas quiet (non-business ) time. However, although I have stayed in this rather super hotel twice a year for the last 20 years ,

Dear Ian, Thank you for your comments. We are delighted and grateful that you have chosen to stay at our hotel for many years, but regret that there were aspects of our facilities and services that you were dissatisfied with. We do not have a set time for closure of the lounge bar. The duty manager closed the bar when he felt there was no longer a requirement for bar service. Resident guests are able to order drinks fromthe reception team after this time. We are sorry you were disappointed. All your feedback is appreciated, and will be addressed with the relevant teams. We hope to have the opportunity to continue to welcome you back in the future.
