We arrived at the hotel in time for check in, and at first glance everything looked lovely. Myself & my husband were given a glass of fizz each & we were given our room key. The room - we were located on the ground floor, which we had requested. The room and the bathroom were both clean and tidy. The...

Loved our stay in this themed hotel. On arrival we were welcomed by a lovely receptionist. The girls were given a games pack and me and my sister were given a glass of prossecco..nothing like starting our stay with a surprise glass of bubbly. We were in room 217 which was the Gully & Gilly suite. We were very happy...

Not accompanied by children who would love the room, as we diid - at the rate we paid it was value for money - but that's the end of the good bit of this revue. No one has explained to the staff they are in the hospitality industry and might smile. The breakfast menu in the room lists a very...

We travelled as a couple and were allocated a wonderful family room decked out like a fairytale castle complete with turrets and castellations, French doors and a balcony overlooking the grounds. There were trees and a cottage painted on the walls along with a witch on her broomstick and a dragon. A very large comfy bed with pink satin canopy,...

We booked a stay here last minute and booked the executive double room after looking at photos on a booking website. Room was poor. Dead flies in the lamp shades, cobwebs everywhere, squashed bugs on the ceiling, rubbish left from the last guests, big chunks of plaster out the wall, dirty carpets, loudest air con ive ever heard with little...

Upon arrival at the hotel it looks very nice from the outside. We were able to check in early, into the pirate room. The room itself has a double bed and a small area with bunk beds for the kids. A lot of effort has gone into it. Paintings on the walls, decor to look like a pirate ship. The...

Stayed in a superior family room with my husband for my sons 7th birthday. 12 yr old daughter also in tow! The hotel room was a good size & the bunk beds for the kids were fantastic- they were both impressed! Beds have a tv/DVD at the end of each bed. The double bed had seen better days, but we...

Have stayed here a few times out of season and it's fine. Basic menu but quick, good selection of drinks and staff very happy and friendly. Overall good experience - rooms a decent size and modern as a new building. Very well located too also for families who are travelling up to watch the mighty reds at Anfield and need...

Me and my partner booked the hotel for one night during the May day bank holiday for our daughter, the hotel and staff were brilliant. The rooms were very big and very clean. Our daughter absolutely loved the tree house bed which has a tv at the end of each bed. The hotel was pretty busy the night we were...
