We stayed here for one night en-route to a wedding in Wales. We booked the small room (Lansdon?) which was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Excellent hosts and a beautiful property. The breakfast was excellent and we would highly recommend a visit here.

The Forest of Dean is about 15 mins by car. It is one of the greatest and oldest indigenous-tree forests in the country, a place loved by film crews because it is so astonishingly scenic.
