Arrived at this hotel very late due to road floods. Received very politely. Customer service a 10. Family room fit 4 double and two singles. Room was clear but very dusty. We noticed after that we did not have a sanitisation sticker on our door like others did. Room had tea making facilities. Iron was available upon request. Shower was good but drainage flow needs clearing. We did not eat at this hotel but paid £10 for late check out as we were tired.
Room was quite stuffy without the use of fan/ air con
Overall this stay was a good place to rest head for the night
Car park available- must contact hotel for code

We stayed a week at the Ramada and found the staff very friendly and responsive. The rates are reasonable for Milton Keynes and there is a service centre close by for take away food and basic supplies. There is ample parking. Some of the rooms have small fridges so ask for one in advance. There is a restaurant on site and we tried the ten pound breakfast which offered many options. This is a basic hotel but very suitable.

The room was large, clean and not to hot. ( I hate overheated rooms)
The bath room was spotless with shower gel and hand soap.
Plenty of towels.
Nice a quiet .
Plenty of tea and coffee for us to make drinks.

The bed was gigantic and very comfortable, I have a bad back and the bed was good.

We had breakfast both days my husband and son had full english.
I had cereal, fruit and toast.
The staff where lovely and it was a good experience.
Breakfast was 10 pounds each and for buffet I thought it was reasonable.

All the staff are great.
I would recommend a stay here.

Thank you I would return

This hotel is comfortable and the facilities are good. I've stayed here on several occasions for work and it's always easy to arrange, low cost and ultimately a pleasant experience. Particular mention to Haydee on the front desk - on my last visit my room had a leaking coming from the window. I didn't necessarily want a different room - but Haydee sprang into action and within 6/7 minutes I had been moved to a lovely quiet room close to reception. Haydee could not have been more helpful.

After working in the Milton Keynes area for the past two and a half years, and staying at various hotels for 9-12 nights per month, the Ramada is by far the cleanest Hotel I have stayed in. My room had been cleaned to a very high standard, there was nothing which looked old or tired, even the floor had been vacuumed! You may laugh, but you'd be surprised at the amount of other hotels in Milton Keynes that don't bother cleaning/vacuuming the floor between guests.
Some of the other Hotels managers should stay at the Ramada, to see how it's done correctly!

Only good thing I can say about hotel was the location!
After filling in details online giving our estimated arrival time as 3pm we arrived at quater past 4 to be told the room wasn't ready which after a 4hr drive with kids isn't what you want to hear. I accepted a coffee and patiently waited during which time my daughter witnessed a guest vomit in the outdoor seating area which remained dor the duration of our stay.
Upon entering the room the poor cleanliness was very apparent, thick dust and cobwebs and the carpet didn't appear to have been hoovered. Mattress wasn't the best but thought to myself ok it's one night it will be fine.
Later that evening we met with other family members who had arrived and went to eat in the hotel restaurant, we were told that unfortunately if we wanted to eat there we should have pre booked and despite the restaurant being empty they could not accommodate us. When I questioned the pre booking I was told no it wasn't stated on the hotel information because it was a new thing.
After walking to the service opposite hotel to eat at KFC we returned to our room, my son decided to take a shower before bed and found that the water was cold. Again I went to reception to enquire and basically they weren't bothered and suggested I could go and shower in another room which with kids just wasn't practical.
Gave up and went to bed to be woken by drunken screeching from the room next-door at 1am.
After a terrible night's sleep didn't have coffee in the morning as the cups and kettle were disgusting. We literally couldn't get out of there fast enough and would tell anyone to never book a stay here!

Stayed here for 6 nights while visiting family in MK.
Well done to Reception for letting us check in early.
Room was larger than average, clean, comfortable & well equipped, including a Monster size fan. The shower room was very good, except no Toilet Brush, & only 1 set of towels, twice, they must teach them to count to 2!!
After checking in we asked about the cleaner frequency, 3 days was the answer, reminded them on the 4th day, & then they didn't refresh the Coffees & sugar, didn't clean that toilet, replaced half the towels & removed Mrs.B's shower cap!!!!!

We Didn't use restaurant facilities.
Plenty of free parkingl

Oh & no need to set an alarm, except for Sunday, the builders next door started a 7.30. Not a problem to us though.

Generally a good hotel at a good price, & we'd be happy to return

Getting worse, net curtains torn, no hand gel in sink, onky 1 set of towels, after getting the 2nd set of towels & hand gel, the following morning found hand gel in the shower.
On our return on our 2nd night no one at Reception for over 10 minutes, kitchen staff came out & found us some shower gel.
After 3 nights asked for room to be cleaned & shower to be looked at as it was so stiff that Mrs.B couldn't turn it on & I had difficulty tuning it off.
Totally Ignored. Following day asked cleaner & she sorted everything for us.
At this point I was thinking never again, bit the last 3 nights went well with no problems, even Reception had 2 peeps on hand, so might return, but will certainly look closely at alternatives.
Also, although it is good to have 2 USB sockets, over the kettle is a very silly place to put them!!!

In light of the corona situation it was disappointing that the room wasnt the cleanest. Marked bedsheets and a remote caked in dirt. Booked for 2 nights only ended up staying for one

Asked for our money back and was given an email address which I have misplaced. Staff didnt seem to want to deal with it. Would love for this to be dealt with properly

I'm sorry for the late response. I usually use Uber and pay between £7-£9 each way. After midnight this can go up to around £14 to get back from the centre. Hope that's useful?

I wish I could help you Kay. You may have to travel with soya based alternatives in a cool box with a few ice packs in the box. You don't have to go without. Plan ahead!! Enjoy
