My fault that I didn't inform them about bringing my elderly Labrador ,who suffers from arthritis..But the owner and staff were so helpful , that I was moved to a perfect ground floor room as soon as one came available..This along with the warm welcome, beautiful décor, great breakfast ..It really is a home from home ..And 5 minutes from...

I've been meaning to write this review for some time now. I've been staying at HH regularly for 12 months+ and it really has become a home from home. The care and attention with which Sue and the team look after every guest is reflected wherever you look from the fabulous interior design to the delicious breakfasts. Most important though...

We have stayed at the B & B and apartments and have never been disappointed. Both are lovely and have a home from home feel . The owner, Sue and her team have the knack of making you feel relaxed and nothing is ever too much for them, hence the reason we return year after year. It's in an ideal...

A lovely B & B very close to the centre of St Anne's. Very clean, lovely room. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend a stay if you fancy a short break in St Anne's. Parking very easy outside the hotel. Was easy to travel on the tram/bus to Lytham or Blackpool if you didn't fancy getting...

Great welcome on arrival. Lovely lounge and dining room. Very nicely decorated. A great warm fire. Breakfasts were very nice, especially fruit platters. We stayed in room 8 which has access to a balcony which has a bistro table and 2 chairs. This balcony is shared with room 9. Room 8 has a double wardrobe. Chest of drawers. Two bed-side...

We stayed two nights to attend the funeral of a close friend. Sue and her staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room at the front of the hotel was large and airy, and nicely decorated, although the ensuite was a little on the small side. The breakfast was fantastic - just right to set us up...
