Location is perfect. Room needs a little bit of TLC but clean and adequate. When I raised a query prior to arrival the receptionist could not have been more accommodating and she explained that the ridiculously low tariff was because the leisure facilities were currently unavailable. We didn`t dine so cannot comment on food but overall more than happy with...

We visited with our 1 year old and were not expecting the Ritz, but was pleasantly surprised. Warm friendly welcome. Room was clean but dated as we were made aware when booking. Bar was well priced and decent pint. Their is work in progress as the hotel is currently been modernised. Bus stop outside for Blackpool and easy link to...

This hotel is clean, the beds are comfy, the staff are helpful and friendly the location is perfect for the promenade and beach and the shops are just around the corner and for £25.50 per night I couldn't have asked for better.

The room I had was musty smelling & dirty, very dated bedding-blankets? I booked for the pool & spa but it wasn't open, I could have got something cheaper. Very disappointing, There was a constant annoying noise which kept me awake.

Myself, my partner, my sister and my 7 month old nephew decided to go swimming at this hotel last week. On arrival the card machine wasn't working so we had to go to the nearest bank in order to pay. Less than 10 minutes into our swim, part of the ceiling fell into the pool, right beside us, along with...

Stayed here in a single room as I had family staying at another hotel close by. I chose this hotel as it was far cheaper. You can't beat the price at this hotel. It's only 5 minutes walk from the shops or the seafront/pier. On my arrival I struggled getting a parking space so I had to wait around for...

I stayed with my wife and Springer Spaniel. We were in Room 126 on the ground floor. This was a huge room (the biggest in the hotel) with an equally huge, modern wet room. The bay windows looked out onto Ashton Gardens and there were two large arm chairs in the bay window. There was a large flat screen TV...
