We stayed at this hotel for two nights after reading good reports about the big rooms, what a disappointment we were in room 517 a tiny room which was so hot with squeaky floors and a really uncomfortable bed. Going up to this room let the hotel down the carpets on the stairs were all torn with a stairlift which...

Very very very disappointed Hotel looks good Gets great reviews 1st impression very good However Booked an executive double room. If that's an executive then standard must be very basic. We were in what looked like an annex off the main hotel, the bedroom had a terrace which looked straight down onto the beer garden and the main corridor to...

Food good. Rooms good. Entertainment average but quite entertaining. Jamie was mad as a hatter but in a good way. Alan Carr type, nutter. Each evening was them as though it was a cruise calling at different countries e.g. Egypt, China etc

Wife and I stopped over a couple of nights while reaquainting with relatives in Lytham. Stayed in room 302. Whirly bath in the room. Seperate shower. Little balcony with view over the roof tops. Sea view at the front, between buildings. Breakfast is buffet style. Super food and happy staff who are attentive. Not really much else we can say...

Just love this hotel - it's superb. The rooms the food the entertainment and the staff all outstanding. The icing on the cake is Jamie Walker the entertainment manager. It's worth a trip to see him. Been several times now and never tire of it - can't wait to go again.

The hotel entrance and stairs appeared to have been recently refurbished as the carpet and décor were very clean and fresh-looking. Reception was efficient. The bedroom is difficult to review as it seemed to be mid-way through decorating. The bathroom and the main parts of the bedroom were new but the door between the two was falling apart, the handle...

From the time of arrival to the time of departure we were well and truly looked after. My room was both clean and comfortable shower could have been a bit more powerful but bed very nice and was well serviced daily. The hotel was set up as a cruise ship and was changed each day to reflect the port we...
