The hotel is a thoughtfully converted Victorian house, very clean and comfortable. A lot of work has been put into this place, and the supporting of local...

We were shown to a table next to a very inviting roaring fire by a friendly member of staff. I had...

The room was beautifully decorated, the bed super comfy and the bathroom really clean. Add that to a really lovely welcome, with smiley faces everywhere...and an amazing breakfast, made this a real treat.

We had a fabulous meal here tonight. Very relaxed atmosphere- no rushing to get you out. Service was faultless and very friendly. Generous portions of very tasty well cooked food. Bonus was the offer of free dessert with each main course - delicious. Will definitely come again. Can't rate highly enough.

Would definitely recommend Baytree House Hotel. Our host, Liz and her staff are friendly, helpful and happy. Room was beautiful and clean. Liz has some great ideas going forward for her hotel and I wish her all the best for the future. There was a pudding club evening while we were there. Unfortunately, it was fully booked so husband missed...

Went here a hen do, the food was amazing, we had sandwiches, quiche, cheese and onion pastries, crisps, rolls, scones, Victoria sponge, all freshly baked and served fresh. We had a lady in a party who was gluten free, the last who owned the restaurant, made her a whole afternoon tea of her own, sandwiches, chocolate cake, banana cake and sausage...

I booked here for Sunday lunch. It was a long overdue visit, having known Liz for a few years. The lunch was superb. Choice of meats, which I had several slices of each. You certainly get a great deal for your money.
