This is a very comfortable and smart establishment. Beautifully maintained. We stayed in the Mozart room which is spacious, nicely furnished and has an amazing shower. Lovely sea view to enjoy. 10 min walk from the town centre. Very friendly owners who are keen to ensure your stay is perfect. The breakfast is excellent. All in all very good value...

We booked for a weekend early in April and had the Mozart suite with the four poster bed, which was a superb room. The owners, Colin and Ann are lovely people to deal with and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious I would recommend the Omelettes as we had the full English on the first day and although very tasty,...

A traditional B&B in an excellent location on the seafront at Lowestoft. The house is the birthplace of Benjamin Britten, however you don't need to be a fan to have an excellent stay. We had the Beethoven Suite which wasn't huge but was well equipped albeit in a traditional style. The room had a fridge, flatscreen TV and extra radiator...

Thank you Chris for your lovely review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. Beethoven is one of our comfort rooms, next time you stay if you reserve your room earlier there may be more choice. I am glad you enjoyed the breakfast, we find it makes all the difference to have one cooked to order rather than having to...

Comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, beautiful sea view and easy reach of all of Lowestoft. We would happily stay here again. One small point is that although the breakfast room was busy, there was no background noise meaning everyone was being politely quiet since you could hear everyone's conversations. Perhaps some music, or the news playing quietly in the background would...

This B&B is situated just off the seafront, the building is lovely with a well kept garden. The owners were very welcoming and they made you feel as if nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very nice, everything you needed and a sea view. The ensuing is a little small, but adequate for your needs with a great...

I've had the absolutely pleasure of staying for 3 days in a room with every comfort and sea views. The food was delicious and the home made jams were too. Everything was clean and tidy and such lovely people to stop and chat with. The house keeper Teresa (I apologise if this is spelt wrong) made sure the room was...

A very pleasant place to stay. Bath pod with 4 different showers. Kingsize pocket sprung and memory foam mattress for a good night's sleep. The owners made you feel at home. The continental and full English breakfast was cooked to your requirements. This was the house where Benjamin Britten was born so a little bit of history as well.

We visited Lowestoft for a family gathering and we were lucky enough to find this lovely B & B. The owners were very welcoming and the room was nicely appointed. After watching the stunning sunrise we had a very filling breakfast - excellent variety. We would highly recommend this B & B.

This has to be one of the loveliest bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. We found this little gem about 5 years ago and have stayed here many times. The owners are kind, generous and very welcoming. Would highly recommend it .
