Our third stay at this Premier Inn. Apart from the fact that the Beefeater adjacent was closed for refurbishment, we have no complaints. We were provided with a breakfast box in replacement of the option to have breakfast at the Beefeater. There is a Harvester 5 min walk down the road which serves good food. The PI is in a...

This is the first time we have stayed here and we absolutely enjoyed it. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and the room was all set to go. It's location is great it's secluded behind the restaurant not off the road. We had used the restaurant once for the all you can eat breakfast and it was delicious however we...

For the first time in ages the welcome at the reception was lukewarm to say the least, the receptionist seemed new and got no help from the guy behind the desk. Room had the small tv, tired decor but clean as normal in Premier Inns a very under wheeling stay. The restaurant attached to hotel had good food but very...

Well located Premier Inn on outskirts of Lowestoft. Low road noise at night also helped by double glazed windows. Clean and tidy and bed very comfortable. Always get a good night's sleep. Beefeater restaurant attached.

Stayed overnight and was allocated a disabled room on the ground floor, not sure if this was due to a shortage of rooms as wasn't needed. However the room was large, comfy and everything on hand as needed. Bed was lower than normal as usually quite high, but ideal for disabled user. Bathroom had hand rails where needed, so again...

Stayed here for one night, room was big enough for a twin in fact 3 people could have stayed because it had a king size bed besides a single. Was clean and tidy, if a little tired. My only real complaint, was the tea and coffee facilities in the room. Was only 2 teabags 2 sachets of coffee 2 white...
