Basic, clean bedroom and shared bathroom. Free parking. Free toiletries, basin, tea and coffee-making facilities, TV, towels and hairdryer in your room. Lovely staff, great full English breakfast for only £6. Very near (2 miles) to Prestwold Hall. Would recommend this guesthouse!

Owner was brilliant on arrival. Room was wonderfully spacious and bed was so comfortable. I had an expensive cycle which they allowed me to keep in the building rather than in car. Decor was fresh and just the right balance between contemporary and traditional. WiFi in room was easy to access recommend without reservation and will use again.

Clean, big TV in the guest lounge, I prefer not to sit in the room on the end of my bed! Very clean, left to do what you want, if you want anything the hosts are always close. Cannot recommend it highly enough...

After driving for 2 hours, I couldn't have been more pleased to arrive at this B&B. With enough space to park your car and good WiFi, I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner Trish and her staff are super friendly and serve a killer breakfast! Hope you have as good a stay as I did.
