Lovely homely stay, we were made to feel very welcome. We had the attic room which was surprisingly big. Comfortable bed, & good power shower. Yes, you have to try the homemade shortbread & "all" the jams at breakfast - they are excellent 👍🏻 I world definitely recommend the Burnbank & the owners too

Lovely house with a beautiful bedroom. Very nice breakfast, owners friendly. Chickens out back, great! Bit of a walk to town center along a busy road. But no road noise in house. Also has a friendly dog

Well located and comfortable close to lots of interesting sites. Easy walk to pubs and restaurants. Kinross is an interesting town on the shores of Loch Leven midway between Edinburgh and Perth. Boat ride to the island and castle a must.

We stayed for 2 nights at Burnbank and we would highly recommend it. The accommodation is terrific and the choice of breakfast and the evening meal was to a very high standard. A huge thanks from us to Ann and Trevor.

Very comfortable room, all details attended to, I don't think they forgot anything. In addition, the shortbread biscuits and bread, both homemade were delicious. We were very happy with our choice of the red room.

We're only sorry we spend too short of a time and had to little time to stay. You're adorable people and hosts, with a charming dog, lovely place and cozy rooms. Hope to see you sometime again in the future!

My partner and I visited Burnbank, for the first time, this weekend, staying for 3 nights. Our room was absolutely spot on. Plenty of space . Very comfortable king size bed; settee; plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Plenty of space makes it feel homely. Breakfasts were good, and Ann couldn't have been more accommodating. Can't say when, but...

We stayed at Burnbank B&B on route to Aberdeen & Lossiemouth. We arrived earlier than check in, it was no problem having our room early. We also booked in for evening meal which was delicious. The room was very spacious, comfortable large double bed, sofa bed & a travel cot for our 1 year old granddaughter, ideal family room. The...
