Great business stay Stayed for a few nights in the executive rooms, very big & comfortable rooms. The food in bar was very tasty & quick service. It’s a nice hotel & would stay again. Personally I would have liked more pastries to choose from at breakfast & the rooms to have an air con system as the only heat is a wall heater & if that gets to hot the window doesn’t open much.
Nice hotel. Chaz was exceptionally great, went above and beyond always welcoming. One of the best and nicest team members made the stay that much better. Amazing service Chaz a credit to the hotel. Gg
It was a recommendation to eat here, I was staying in the area with work colleagues on a training course, so glad it was recommended we were squeezed in by Chaz as they were busy the food was really nice, service was great and Chaz went above and beyond to accommodate us will definitely be back!
This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, with great spa facilities. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. We particularly enjoy the relaxed environment. The hotel offers a large selection of hot and cold breakfast. This is our fifth visit here and would highly recommend. Thanks to Chaz in the triumph bar for being so friendly and professional. We were providing Entertainment services for a private function at Leonardo Hotel - Hinkley in the Lakeside Suite. The Hotel itself is stunning and finished to the highest standard. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and were a credit to the Hotel. In particualr, Chaz, who was on the bar all evening went above and beyond to look after the team and could not do enough to help. We were amazed at the kindness of the staff and their hard working ethic. Fantastic venue... and we look forward to working there again in the future. Chamberlain Events Ltd
Lovely hotel, great price. Brilliant gym. Restaurant and bar area was slick and modern. Chaz who works in the restaurant was very professional and friendly. Great experience when working away. Need more hotels like it!
Room was adequate, breakfast was good, but a rowdy group had booked the conference centre (some truck racing teams) we were awoken at 2.30am by shouting in the hallway outside our room , lots of drunken rowdiness in adjoining rooms , doors slammed, then the hotel room phone rang from a random room as it was not reception. Spoilt our stay as we were unable to get back to sleep after the loud disturbance. If rooms are to be let to large groups then at least keep them away from other guests to minimise disrupting their sleep
I attended on Saturday evening to photograph a pre-planned party .... Chat in the Triumph Bar and his team were excellent. He looked after me as the event photographer and the DJ's for this family event. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a great help throughout. He went above and beyond with all the guests. This is the second time I have visited in recent months for work purposes; the previous was photographing a 2-day conference in November 22. Again, Chaz and the team were excellent at that event (& the food at that one was amazing). I hope to be able to stay as a guest at some stage rather than just in a work capacity. A great venue and really helpful staff.
The hotel staff were amazing super help and really nice.. chaz stood head and shoulders above the rest of the staff.. he was super helpful, super friendly, happy, smiley and very engaging with with you guys everybody especially or work staff..
The weekend was centred on a New Year's event and was very enjoyable. The staff were helpful. Food was good and the amenities were excellent. Would recommend the hotel to anyone who values good service and value for money.
