On calling greeted by unpleasant-looking man who stared at me as if I was a slug and snapped DON'T TAKE DOGS, which had been made clear on Booking.com's application form & accepted. I showed him my booking form and he replied snappily that it was not his fault but refused to repay £50 deposit. He spoke to Booking.com on phone...

Stopped here overnight on way to Portsmouth ferry Linda gave us a lovely warm welcome and cuppa Our room was comfortable and clean as was the ensuite bathroom. Beautiful house & garden, bedroom good size, note on bed ( room 4, very pink, twin beds) not to put anything on the bed if not being used or you will be charged £15 for launder of sheets ! Can't use more then two pillows or again charged for laundering, shoes to be taken off at the front door on...

Warmly welcomed and shown to pretty and comfortable twin room , the beds were comfortable and I had everything I needed to hand . Breakfast was delicious and HUGE , very good value for money and will definitely return .
