The owners of this excellent guest house were very welcoming on our arrival and provided useful information about the area. The rooms were comfortable, quite spaceous and very well equipped. Provision of off road parking was a bonus. The tasty breakfasts included a very good choice including fresh fruit and porridge. The stay was excellent value for money. If ever...

We decided to make a last minute stay in the area, and found dunallan to be a great b&b. We were made to feel very welcome, and the room was spotless and well presented ( trust me nothing is usually up to my wife's standards!). The breakfast was excellent and they even left out toys for our baby at breakfast...

We (two couples) stayed at the Dunallen House at the end of August and really enjoyed it. David was helpful and a welcome host. He would start fires at the end of the day and bring out wine glasses. The waffles at breakfast were excellent, along with the other food. Dinner recommendations were great as well, especially the Hotel Garth....

This is a beautiful house, very clean and tastefully furnished. David is a great host and happy to pass on his local knowledge. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to chose from. We only stayed one night on this occasion (hope to return) and can honestly say that this is one of the best B & B's we have had...

What a wonderful and tastefully furnished house! We stayed here one night and would have liked to stay longer! (so we most probably come back one day!) We were lucky and got the room under the roof, which has a great double bed, cuddly bathrobe, and a great view, above others. The bathroom is just a dream! Jayne was lovely...

We stayed here while walking the Speyside Way. The location is very close to the Way, which is important at the end of a long day's walk! We received a very warm welcome, excellent breakfast (especially the oatmeal porridge and kippers!) and packed lunch for our next day's walk. David kindly took our bags to Aviemore for a very reasonable...

A wonderful stay in Grantown on Spey at the Dunallan House. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. This was our first real B&B welcome of our Scotland holiday. David was very friendly and easy to talk to. We had the “Honeymoon Suite” which was very pretty and clean. We loved the furniture and the views from our windows...

So glad we found Dunallen House while we toured this corner of Scotland. The hosts are so helpful and the house is wonderful. We had the upstairs family room in the new addition and it was perfect. Warm and cheerful, great view to the north of the rooftops and the Highlands beyond, snazzy new bathroom! Breakfasts were terrific as well...

We stayed in a family room and it was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. A very warm welcome from the owner,David who was available for advice and a chat at every oppurtunity. A plentiful, freshly cooked breakfast with lots of choice set us up for the day. Definitely deserves 5 stars and would highly recommend a stay here.
