We have family in Grantham and have always preferred to stay at this hotel as apose to Travelodge as its a better location and up to now, better standards However this time we had a terrible night's sleep, we had a noisy side of the hotel, despite it being Sunday, I a cramp double bed, room to hot and early morning sound of glass bottles being emptied into trash vehicle, had to go to work without sleep I mentioned it to the staff, I have never used the good night sleep and would not usually have asked, but was never offered this when I mentioned my bad night and never realised until someone told me after I left, I usually have a good opinion of this hotel and now I'm not so sure…

The booking in was easy, and after the function I returned for a good nights sleep. In the morning we went and had a superb full english breakfast. The staff in attendance were very cheerful and courteous. I will definitely use this hotel again, when I attend next years function.…
