Lovely B&B run by genuine Cornish family. Made to feel welcome in a town that has a special atmosphere. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, great town centre location. I will make a direct booking next time!

Hannah, Jamie and their adorable children made us feel very welcome from the start, we stayed in the four poster room which was beautiful and very clean, breakfast was great, all our needs were catered for, Hannah even supplied me with a new hairbrush as I left mine at home, a lovely touch,...

Rooms were serviced daily and were very clean. Breakfast was fantastic and all of our needs were catered for. We were made to feel like part of the family, thank...

Our room ( front bedroom ) was massive with a huge ensuite with a brilliant shower. And the giant beanbag was a nice touch. 10 / 10 from me and the wife. Sean...

We were in Cornwall in the after Christmas period. We thought accommodation would be easy to find. Not true as people had booked holidays between Christmas and New Year. Fowey is a beautiful village and a great base to visit other beautiful villages and interesting sites. We lucked on the Old Exchange. A young couple starting out who are so...

What can I say from the very first moment we arrived till the minute we left Hannah and Jamie were the perfect hosts. The room was perfect with four poster bed and the bathroom was bigger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in. Breakfast was perfect cooked just how this awkward person likes it. And to cap it all Hannah...

The room was large with a great bathroom (the shower is fabulous) and everything you needed for your stay. The breakfast was superb, fresh orange juice and milk, fresh toasted bread with...

This grade 2 listed building was a splendid location for our short stay in Fowey. The hosts Jamie and Hannah could not have been more accommodating. Our 4 poster bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast are to die for. If you are holidaying in Fowey make sure you book in at the Old Exchange for a memorable stay....
