We had a large room with a very large bed, all meticulously clean - ate in the restaurant and the food was also of a very high quality and portions were large (we made pigs of ourselves)
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, all of the hot food was cooked to order and very fresh, unlike a lot of establishments which offer hot buffet's and the food could've been left for hours,
I would especially like to mention the chef's for the high quality and presentation of our meals and the woman running the breakfast restaurant, you're all doing a fantastic job - THANK YOU

I would recommend this hotel and would have no qualms about visiting again in the future

A number of us stayed for the night, very clean and cosy hotel. Came back from a night on the town to meet Shane the bar man who let us in and opened the bar for us. Very professional bar man, chatted and made us all feel comfortable, even shared a few jokes with us and gave us a right laugh. Wasn't one of these annoying bar men who keeps coming down asking do you want more drinks, he told us at the start, "I'm behind the bar, call out if you need anything and I will bring it to you, no need to get up at all" he only came down to us to give us the drinks we ordered each time and take the old empties. His accent was very charming and most definitely made the women enjoy the night more lmao. Vert kind, professional absolute gentleman đź‘Ź even asked us if we wanted fresh water with ice to take up to the room as we were leaving. World class service đź‘Ź

Stayed here 2 nights 31/10-02/11 and loved every minute of it. A lovely boutique hotel only a short walk from the centre of Enniskillen with an onsite carpark. Our room was well equipped with kettle, free safe, iron & board, hairdryer and TV. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower unit with soap and hair products. The beds were very comfortable for a good sleep.
There was a separate restaurant for evening meals and also a lovely breakfast room.
We were on half board and the choice of food was excellent and so tasty. Breakfast was only cooked for you when you ordered it.
Every member of staff that we met were so friendly and helpful especially Robert on reception who we enjoyed talking to. The hotel and rooms are beautifully kept and decorated.
I would highly recommend a stay at the Westville, you will love it.

Stayed for one night. Up to room on first floor looked ok on arrival. Hung up clothes relaxed then entered the bathroom it was a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Not the superior room we booked. Bathroom not to our needs. Like a nursing home bathroom. On closer inspection of the bedroom the carpet was stained linings in the curtains were dirty. There was a bottle of complementary water not sealed so no idea how long it was there. A jam jar full of unwrapped biscuits was available again not sealed no label to say what the ingredients were could have contained nuts. No indication of what they were. Looked unappealing.
Checked bed no mattress protector just sheet. Some pillows had no protectors either. Housekeeping needs to up their game.
On checkout pointed all this out to receptionist who insisted we were a late booking gave another surname which wasn’t us. I had booked weeks ago. We obviously got the wrong room no apology no sorry.
We were looking forward to our overnight stay. Left feeling our stay was far from enjoyable.

Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review on your recent stay at The Westville Hotel, I can only apologise for the issues which occurred during your stay regarding the mattress & pillow protectors, along with the wrong surname. Some of our Superior Double rooms have walk in showers in the room, I am sorry that you thought this was like a nursing home bathroom. We have taken your feedback on board, and will be investigating these issues further. Again I am sincerely sorry and can assure you this is not our usual 4* standards. Kind Regards,

This was my wife's first overnight out in 3 years following a major stroke. We had a disabled room on the first floor and it was great with a large wet room that worked well with a wheelchair. The car park at rear had a covered area which was good as it was wet and there was side entrance to the bar to get in which avoided most of the rain. I would say that the disabled spot was in use by a car with no blue badge so I would recommend that the spot be better highlighted.
The bar was great and we had a drink as there was a short wait to check-in as we were early and the staff made us very welcome. The room was good and they a little jar with absolutely beautiful home made cookies.
We had a meal later in the bar at 6 pm and it was very tasty with reasonably priced house wine and great service. For a Monday night the dining tables were all full which is a very good sign as it was about a 50% local 50% guest mix.
Breakfast the next morning was the best I have had in a long time in a hotel and I used to travel a lot on business. It was better by far than the one I had in the famous Shelbourne 5 star in Dublin. As well as the usual buffet, which included home made fruit yoghurt options in sealed jars, there was an excellent hot meal served by great staff . I had the eggs benedict and was beautiful. They had proper toasters not the grill type rotating machines. My wife complemented the coffee and my tea was the one of the best I had in a long term and I really like good tea.
We will be back.

We stayed at the Westville Hotel for three nights, our second stay at the lovely hotel. Set in a good location just outside the centre of Enniskillen (5 minute walk) it is a good choice for a stay in the town or to explore Co Fermanagh. The hotel has ample free and the check-in was quick, our room 217, the receptionist was helpful and friendly (as were all the staff). The 2nd floor is accessed on a lift although there is a nice staircase for the more energetic. The room, as the public areas, were in good order and nicely decorated, the room appointed with a large double bed, flat screen TV, table and chair, coffee/tea facilities with large en-suite with a shower in bath. Personally to take the hotel to excellent level I think air-con is necessary and maybe a fridge would be appropriate. We stayed on a b & b basis, breakfast taken in the main dining, the breakfast excellent with a very wide choice of all tastes. The hotel has a nice and reasonably priced which presently doubles up as the restaurant, the food of a high quality and again reasonably priced. This is a nice hotel and would be my first choice for a visit to Enniskillen, recommended.

My wife and I envisaged a relaxing few days away to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary.

All was going well until we arrived at our room and discovered that contrary to the Westville hotel website and literature there was no safety deposit box, only 3 dispensers of shampoo in the en-suite, 2 in the shower and 1 at the basin. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist who arrived at our room with 2 small bottles of hair conditioner and 1 of bath gel, she said it was all she could find but if she found any more she would get it up to us. The bottom of the shower doors were crusted and dirty, the shower tray was badly chipped. The wash basin tap was connected up the opposite way round : turn the tap to cold and you get very hot water and turn it to hot and you get cold water. The bed throw was stained and the fins of the fan in the room were extremely dirty.
First night we ate in their sister restaurant, The Firehouse, and had a superb meal with 1st class service. The second night , which was our actual anniversary, we ate in the hotel. I ordered “salt n chilli calamari “ it was like eating tablespoons of salt. I made the duty manager aware of this and he took it away offering me the chicken wings as a replacement, but as I was trying to eat them all I could taste was salt. When my main course arrived I could not eat it, not because of the quality of the food , but because of the fact that I was feeling ill. My wife ordered the turkey and ham for her main course which was mediocre. When I went to pay for our drinks, because our meals were included in our booking, the duty manager said he wasn’t charging for them, I explained to him our total dissatisfaction as outlined above and he took us to reception and in our presence completed an email to the manager and attached the photographic evidence which I gave him . He told us that the manager would be in touch with us urgently, 1 week later and having not had the courtesy of even an acknowledgment, I phoned the hotel and asked to speak to the manager, to be told he/she was on the phone and would phone me back, and again this has not happened.

For a 4 star hotel I would have expected a lot better service, thus my review. Photographic evidence can be supplied on request.

My wife and I stayed here for one night (last Friday) and it was faultless. Reception, bar, waiting and housekeeping staff were all genuinely pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The entire hotel including our room was spotless. The bed was comfortable, room was a good size and had everything we needed. We opted for the full fry for breakfast and again it was substantial and very tasty.
The town centre is a 5 min walk away and the hotel has onsite car parking.

We really cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Had the pleasure of another stay at the Westville Hotel, it was a joy from start to finish. When we were booking in Robert at reception told us we have booked you into the best room in the hotel and he was not joking the room was brilliant. When we went down for meal I had chicken wings for starters and I can honestly say they were the testiest chicken wings I ever tasted and the dip served along with them made them taste even better. Our breakfast was very good as well with everything you wanted. The best thing about the Westville is the staff they are the most friendly people you would want to meet. The Westville Hotel has a 4 star rating but I would give it a5 star rating and can not wait till the next time we stay in The Westville

I'm so pleased we picked Westville to stay for our overnight stay in Enniskillen. We made a trip to the area to avail of a hydrobike session and I forgot how beautiful the whole town was. The hotel was the perfect location - close to all the amenities, local bars/restaurants and shops. The staff were fully attentive & seemed to think of everything - including little homemade cookies in the room & even a welcome treat platter (when we'd came back to the room from an afternoon of shopping)

Can't beat a clean, spacious room with delicious food and would have no bother booking again.

The town is within walking distance but my in laws who are in their 70s would probably find it a bit far from hotel to butter market to walk. And if I recall correctly you go down a slight incline from the Main Street to it. But hotel could arrange a taxi which I'm sure wouldn't cost much.
