We had meal here this weekend- the food lovely and staff very friendly. Our order was taken quickly - only one thing I would say is they should shine their wine glasses and water glasses on the tables in the bar/ restaurant area. Water marked glasses are a big no, no for.me. Other than that we has a wonderful,.tasty meal

From a quick, smooth check-in, to breakfast 100% served at table, this was a very pleasing stay. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The level of cleanliness was high throughout the hotel.
Although the seemingly mandatory grey painted walls were ubiquitous, the ambience was nevertheless pleasing, especially in the bar where pries were very reasonable.
Comfortable bed in a warm, spacious room, with ample storage. Bathroom was high quality with very large shower, although the hot water could have been a tad hotter, and the bath towels a tad larger.
Breakfast was served in a charming multi-sectioned room, so one's personal space was not invaded. Attractive menu and generous portions.
Overall, a conveniently located hotel that was difficult to fault in any significant way. I would very happily return.

Very good facilities in the room including mini fridge, safe desk light iron and board chilled water and tea and coffee, huge walk in shower, and heated towel rail. The food was nice and good selection of breakfast with table serving. Could not fault the hotel

This hotel does not warrant a 4 star rating.
The rooms themselves are clean and smartly decorated at face value, but are scruffy on closer inspection with chipped paintwork, loose fixtures and fittings in bathroom. Also no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, although staff did provide some when asked. Half bottle of water left in mini fridge, assume left behind by another guest. Evening meal in Wildes restaurant was poor. Curry was basic. Fries inedible. Child’s meal (hot dog) no better than school dinners. Breakfast disappointing. Extremely poor continental selection - cereals, apples, oranges and some pastries only. Tea and coffee pre-made in large flasks. Had to keep going up and down from my table for refills and it wasn’t hot as tea should be. Asked if I could have a fresh pot of tea at my table and was told that wasn’t possible. Was given an empty pot to fill from the pre-made flask but didn’t use as tea not hot and still needed to go back and forth for milk from the main breakfast area. Cooked served breakfast was reasonable (I had pancakes and fruit) but I’ve had better elsewhere. My one night stay was disappointing and I won’t be a returning guest. 4 star rating needs reviewed. 3 star at best.

Nice motel, nice staff but noisy.
Check in was no problem and pleasant people working there. Room for car parking and hotel in a great location for shops etc. The room was clean and updated recently I imagine but door in the room has a lot of damage from water from shower in bathroom. The shower was not very hot even when turned to highest setting.
Bed was advertised as king bed but was 2 single beds together and one mattress was quite worn. Other one was nice. Sheets and duvet not very soft but I understand this is the motel part.
The noise outside the room at night made it nearly impossible to sleep with the room being beside the automatic door and people going to their rooms - walls in room are paper thin.
Breakfast was nice and efficient.

If you are considering reserving a table in Wildes Restaurant in The Enniskillen Hotel I would urge you to reconsider unless of course you are content to be insulted and treated with contempt by the waiter from hell whom we had the misfortune to encounter when we had a family get together (party of 12) on Friday 23 August 2024.

On the other hand
1. If you can tolerate being told (after two requests) and a delay of 15 minutes for drinks order that " it's not all about your party"
2. If you like being spoken to in French and being told pompously that your order can be taken in three languages (except Irish which is a "dead language"
3. If you don't mind being insulted when one of your party is a little slow to decide on his/her choice of food
4. If you don't object to your waiter hiding behind a door so that he can eavesdrop on your conversations
5. If you think it's fine to be told to "get out" after you have spent in excess of ÂŁ800 and finally
6. If you like distinctly average food then The Enniskillen Hotel is the place for you!!!

We have just returned home after the weekend at The Enniskillen hotel. At check in we were greeted by the most friendly receptionist who gave us the keys to our room. The room was a 3 bed superior room and it was absolutely spotless and I have never slept in such comfortable beds. When we checked there was no fridge and after contacting reception 1 was brought to our room with an apology for the oversight. There was a good supply of toiletries in the bathroom and also tea, coffee and biscuits.

The breakfasts are very good, a large variety, although the overnight oats were finished both mornings we were down so that’s our excuse for coming back again!!The staff are very attentive, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble and the 1 dinner we ate at the hotel was delicious.

What makes this hotel amazing for me is the personal touch from the staff. My daughter and myself forgot our toothbrushes and she went to enquire at reception if they had any., they didn’t. The hotel manager, I think is called Zoe, overheard the conversation and got into her car at 9.30 at night and went and bought us 2 toothbrushes and point blank refused any money for doing this. A small gesture goes a long way and I will certainly be recommending the Enniskillen hotel to everyone.

Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice place with a good amount of parking and in a good location within Enniskillen, we were in the Motel which was clean and modern, the free coffee machine in the corridor was a nice touch for guests to avail of. Breakfast was tasty and staff were friendly, we found this Hotel to be great value for money, its also pet friendly! The main building itself is well maintained and the interior was pleasant and attractive, I would definitely return if I was visiting the area again. We found 1 or 2 criticisms during our stay; the bathroom in the room was good but the shower temp could have been warmer, the room also could have done with a table and chair as there was nowhere to sit down and a hairdryer would have been appreciated also, I do understand though that because we were staying in the smaller Motel this probably effected the amenities we had. Not really a criticism but make sure at breakfast you ask for everything you need (e.g sauce, juice, toast etc.) as it isn't as accessible as other hotels and wasn't initially offered to us. Overall nothing major to complain about!

Bit hard to believe this is a 4 star accommodation? we stayed in motel part which felt like it had been converted and not like a proper motel would be. for what we payed would have expected abit better quality? but as the area is limited on choice, think they cash in on stay at home brits and school hoildays.the location is close to the town centre but feels like the traffic one way system is built around the hotel. Leisure facilities would have been a big bonus and usually for this price you would usually get some. Also they changed check in time from 10am to 4pm so you loose almost a whole day which we understand for covvid reasons and cleaning, but you do start to wonder whether some of these companies are starting to milk it?? as no reduction on price. wouldnt stay here again.

We stayed at the Enniskillen hotel for one night as a last minute break & it was literally the only hotel option in the area.
On arrival first impressions weren’t good, the foyer looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum in days, and an empty Prosecco bottle & glasses at the entrance table outside adorned that space for the entirety of our stay!
The room was worn & dated, chips out of furniture & the bedroom floor was a botch job from the day it was laid as it was so uneven & to make matters worse the hot water pipes ran through the middle of the floor causing the floor to be actually hot on bare feet & stiflingly hot at night!
The Covid precautions although highlighted in effect didn’t exist, staff didn’t wear masks & the sanitisers were out of hand gel, this was a very disconcerting aspect of our stay that actually led us to eating out.
Our breakfast was diabolical what I ordered was ignored & the service was brutal, once the breakfast arrived it was obviously cooked earlier & reheated, absolutely shocking!
In general the staffing of this establishment was by a very young cohort, I never saw a Manager or supervisor just a lot of younger aged members of staff who obviously didn’t have the basics of customer service.
I know the hotel industry has had a hard time getting through Covid & I’m not out to give a bad review just for the sake of it but if you class your establishment as a 4 star hotel & charge accordingly for the pleasure of what you offer then you need to deliver!
