Had no complaints - you get what you pay for. Passcode for doors sent as stated, room easy to access and reasonably clean. Television, shower, toilet and bed. We had paid £25 so did not expect the Ritz. Had to send my husband to buy a lightbulb as the one in the room was broken and there was no other...

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. The place is disgusting and the rooms were damp and smelling of smoke, this place is that bad I will be reporting it to Norfolk council as soon as I get the chance tomorrow morning. The main things that need noting are: - no TV remote at all....

This hotel is quite unique in that it is unmanned. Book online then receive email with codes to the main door and your room number. Had to phone 5 times but got there in the end. The only way to contact staff is by mobile. Also parking is free, but MUST be booked by following instructions in email, or liable...

On entering the communal area, greeted by a large slug snaking its way across. Swarm of flies within this area as well as a few within the room itself. On entering the room hit by smell of urine and damp. There was mould within the bathroom shower unit. Toilet was engrained with dirt not had thorough bleach and clean in...

The worst place we have stayed to date. We felt like we arrived in a grimy room in Magaluf. Bed was terrible and infested, Mugs were damp and smelt rough, the shower was unsure if it was spewing out ice or boiling water. Yet worst of all was receiving an Parking Charge a week after our stay of £100 -...

Very basic hotel, but you get what you pay for. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and the shower worked fine. No chair at the desk and also no remote control for the TV. Door very loose in casement and barely locked. But I paid very little for the room, I was warm, dry and I slept well....

Stayed here for 2 nights in April this year. I knew it was going to be basic, but wasn't prepared for exactly how basic it was. The bathroom door (en suite) didn't close properly (had no handle on the inside), the telly worked but didn't have a remote. Booking.com and the booking confirmation email we received from the hotel both...
