Travelodge Droitwich earns praise for its clean, comfortable rooms and the staff's commendable service, often described as friendly and accommodating. While the basic rooms may need some refreshing, many guests appreciate the hotel's inviting atmosphere and strategic location near towns and the M5. Despite mixed reviews about noise levels and the lack of on-site dining, the hotel is celebrated for its overall value, cleanliness, and ample parking, although some guests mention that WiFi and breakfast can be costly.

The manager went above and beyond to help organise a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. I had flowers sent to the hotel and at check in these were arranged beautifully on the bed with flower petals and even a vase in the room for us to do. It really made our stay special.

Very welcoming staff, excellent standards of cleanliness, travelling with two children and arrived late at night greeted at the door by a member of staff and we felt the Travelodge was very safe and secure.
Everything in the room you could need tea and coffee wise and the bathroom was spotless.
We were pleasantly surprised and will be back to stay again.

Very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff, I slept very well in a very comfortable bed and considering the hotel is next to a main road I didn’t hear any traffic or other noise in the room. The room had a complementary tea and coffee however there is a Starbucks right opposite for those wanting premium teas and coffee when they wake up. Would certainly stay here again when I’m this area.

We always use Travelodge for a cheap short stay; luckily we can adjust our dates to off-peak prices. Rooms are basic but very clean, sufficiently warm, and have en-suite bathrooms. Small kettle and cups are provided so getting food is a bit like camping (packet soup & instant noodles or mash!) but adequate. Staff have nearly always been extremely helpful to disabled partner and self, often going out of their way to assist.

Gillian and Meena were great in ensuring my party of 47 were catered for, both pre trip and during our stay. All rooms and keys were waiting for us on arrival and any questions or issues dealt with immediately.
Many thanks

Ideally situated for travel links both Droitwich town and further afield with 2 minute direct links to M5 north and south.

On arrival staff are very knowledgeable and always very friendly and accommodating even first thing in the morning after a long night shift. Special mentions goes to Gillian, Tracey, Meena and Kerry who provide a top class customer service experience, nothing is too much trouble.

Rooms are comfortable and clean with ample Tea/Coffee making facilities, coffee could be upgraded. Ample sized bathrooms. Showers are a little weak.

A good addition would be an on site laundry and ironing service, particularly on long term stays.

Breakfasts are available however slightly expensive. Takeaway menus are available in the reception for evening meals.

Repeat visitor and always satisfied
here, the best Travelodge EVER !!!

We stayed here in June. It's a useful location for getting into Droitwich and has a Starbucks on the same site, which is useful. There's a pub over the road too. Very nice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It was surprisingly quiet given its location, and we stayed in rooms facing the road and also to the rear of the building. There is someone available 24hours at the Travelodge and the staff are really nice! Susan was particularly helpful and really chirpy. Thank you!

I have been to this hotel a number of times in the last 3 months and plan to return there a few times more in the next 2 months. Overall, I like the place. The place is clean and the customer service is very good. Talking of customer service, Kerry stands out for me.

One thing however that travelodge can do to improve customer experience across their hotels will be to ensure that their facilities are maintained. In most recent stay at this hotel, the bath tab had rusted. At my last stay, there was no hand wash soap. Generally, I have come to trust the travelodge brand and so it has become my go-to place whenever I travel but I will appreciate it if they can improve their facilities. Also, I recommend they that they consider introducing a loyalty program to reward frequent guests like me.

This was our third stay in this Travelodge.
Room was clean and typical of the Travelodge branding.
We use it to break our journey travelling south. Very conveniently located less than a mile off the M5.
We were greeted by a very friendly girl on reception who was very helpful.
Car parking was available on site and had no problems finding a space even though there is a Starbucks on site. Room at the back of hotel is preferable as hotel is on a busy road,
Nice pub opposite if you fancy a meal or a few drinks without having to drive
