My parents & I stayed in The Granary cottage last Thursday for 4 nights.

It was spotless, very clean indeed, comfortable beds, great shower & very smart kitchen.

Plus it's right in the heart of the countryside which is what we enjoy, nice & peaceful.

We even met Comet, the beautiful horse who belongs to the owners of the place.

I would definitely recommend this place.

Can't fault it at all.

Thank you Tricia for making our stay very enjoyable & relaxing & memorable.

Great stay for a weekend for 5 of us plus 1 dog.
Very quite with exceptionally comfy beds and pillows. Even had a cake on the table for us on arrival. Seemed to have thought of everything to give us a really relaxing stay. Would really recommend.

I stayed only one night but it was really relaxing and worth the slight detour to get away from town and motorway.
Great welcome and no complications with arrangements.
This is a large farm house with large common rooms on the ground ground floor, the lounge is set to one side and is excellent for relaxing with good seats.
I had a single room in the extension and that was fine. The self contained cottages were really good too.
Breakfast is great and the selection of home made or WI jams/marmalade was as good as the excellent fruit dishes leading to a decent cooked breakfast.

Stayed for two nights July 2014

On arrival our host was a little abrupt and did not appear to be expecting us.
The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable.
Found the information book in the room to be out of date.
The owners dogs were the perfect 6am alarm each morning ! Handy as breakfast finished at 9am.
Unfortunately we found the breakfast to be of extremely poor quality. The bread appeared to be and taste like the mass produced type found in most supermarkets, the sausages greasy, the bacon cold and undercooked, the over cooked fried egg was inedible.

Our stay at Phepson Farm was a very disappointing end to what had been a lovely two week holiday.

Stayed here for a one night get away with our Great Dane and the owners were very welcoming! Room was comfortable and felt like a new build, plenty of space for us (and the dog) and everything was very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best I've had in a long time with lots of home made jams and locally sourced meats. Overall a very nice stay with lots a lovely little touches throughout, would definitely recommend!

I stopped here for 4 nights in April 2013. Its tucked away in the countryside with any pubs at least a mile away so you do need to drive for an evening meal but there is a good choice around. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is in the main house and there is an excellent choice. It is a working farm so lots of animals around and you can be disturbed by the dogs at night if there is a fox around but it doesn't happen for long or often. The owners are really nice and welcoming and do all they can to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a couple of nights and found it to be a good location for Worcester (Three Choirs Festival). We received a good welcome with a tray of tea and biscuits served in the guest lounge. We stayed in the double room within the farm house itself. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had the best 2 nights sleep I've had in a while but the room is old fashioned in keeping with the farm house in general. Clever use of the space for the small ensuite with separate shower (but you would find the shower room small if you were a larger person). The breakfast was superb. Good local produce cooked fresh and with a good choice, wonderful fresh fruit and homemade preserves. On the downside, for a 4* rating we were disappointed that driving up to the farm it appeared a little run down (than the pictures would suggest) and the hall way was somewhat untidy with piles of tourist brochures in the corner and a slightly unpleasant smell. That aside it was a pleasant stay and the owners very pleasant and welcoming.

12 of us and 2 dogs met for a 75th birthday family gathering at Phepson Farm, taking diamond cottage (self catering) and 5 of the B&B rooms for 2 nights. The owner was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to eat and other small details. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space. Breakfast was fantastic - particularly the homemade marmalade! We would certainly stay there again.

We were in the area for a local wedding and stayed for 2 nights in the Granary. We received a warm informal welcome with a pot of tea and encountered friendly smiles and banter from those working around the farm. We thoroughly enjoyed the roaming chickens and the opportunity to walk along the country lanes to the local pub.
Our room was compact but homely and adequate, the breakfast room had a lovely old farmhouse charm and food was nicely done. Paid a quick visit to the self catering cottage which was a modern conversion and something I would consider in future for longer stays and additional space.

Thank you for your enquiry. Four of our rooms have en-suite shower rooms but the two rooms on the ground floor of the granary barn conversion just have baths which some visitors prefer. You may see more information on our web site. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any other queries.
