Harbour Hotel is such a lovely place to stay. The staff made us feel so welcome ( especially Kirk the concierge who not only gave my husband a birthday card and box of chocolates but also arranged a table at the Jetty. And when our daughter left her teddy in reception he returned it to us to sat on his shoulder to the delight for our daughter). The family room was spacious with everything we needed. Really comfy beds. The food was great- good choice for us all and fantastic puddings; ‘oops I dropped my ice cream’ was amazing! The location is great, close to the Quay with the most fabulous views. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you for making my husbands birthday weekend away really special.

We have now stayed at about 4 different of there Hotel around the country and can recommend you will not be disappointed. We have just stayed at the Harbour Hotel at Christchurch while visiting friends. The staff are very friendly and will help you make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable with all the requirements you could wish for. (even free Gin and Sherry in decanters to welcome you) The Breakfast menu has a good selection of cereals, cold meats, and the traditional cooked breakfast. There is a set menu (3 courses 27.50) also A la carte menu.

Having visited the Christchurch Harbour Hotel on a wedding open day early 2019, my daughter and fiance decided this was a perfect venue for their wedding. Although originally booked for June 2020, owing to covid the couple postponed the date until mid September 2021 so that family and friends could attend. The Wedding Team at the hotel were all fantastic answering questions promptly and professionally. Hannah guided us with bar tabs, room reservations etc. We used the recommended suppliers listed in the CHH wedding brochure - all very good indeed. The day before the wedding we had a comprehensive final details meeting with Sher. She ensured that on the day all ran to absolute perfection, what an incredible person, she was always smiling and very efficient. We had the ceremony at the hotel as well as the reception, in-between the ceremony and wedding breakfast guests went out onto the patio and used the fabulous beach hut bar for drinks. The food was superb, we had 75 guests including 8 small children - the children were catered for very well too. Some of the wedding party stayed 4 nights. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and very well looked after by the Housekeeping Team. We found all the staff to be excellent including the Reception Team (thank you to Lynn for all her assistance), The Bar and Restaurant Team and also the kind staff assisting guests in the car park. This is an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting and we cannot fault the service we received during our one night stay. We do appreciate where Harbour Hotels position themselves but £270 (B&B) for the one night was a little expensive. It was a very sunny day during the stay and we enjoyed the beautiful setting with plenty of drinks. However, (as an example) Aperol Spritz at £14 is a little excessive ! The dinner also fell short of our expectations for Harbour Hotels and our experience was no better than the food standard in larger hotel chains. We had a great time at Christchurch Harbour Hotel but the total cost was approx £450 for the one night stay ( room breakfast lunch dinner drinks ) ! We would return in the future but if we did, this would probably be out of season and hopefully at a lower cost !

Thank you very much for your honest assessment. The market along with business levels and the current International situation, coupled with over 18 months of wondering of how to support companies from failing has indeed created a very challenging time for all. Market forces are forever changing and I am certain 2022 will bring yet more challenges but I am certain we will see some fantastic offers and opportunities in the UK. I can already confirm that we have fabulous offers including a glass of wine from October so please contact us directly to ensure you are receiving the best price available. With very best wishes Richard Operations Manager
