Another great stay at the Avon causeway. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and excellent value and the food is terrific especially the breakfast. We stayed for one night and as usual we had a great stay.

My husband and I stayed for two nights at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by all aspects? The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and a good size. Shower in the en suite was quite small but serviceable. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice of cooked food. Portions were...

Met friends here yesterday for evening pub meal and get together. On entering bar space open plan, bright and warm. Staff helpful and happy. We were reserved a lovely round table in a quiet alcove amidst a large dining area. Service polite and orders taken promptly. Jug of water supplied for all on table during our meal. Food chosen from...

An excellent pre flight overnight stay, a nice environment and welcoming staff. Keep a good lookout for it as if you miss it, as we did, it is not easy to turn round. A friend joined us for dinner, good food and a great start to our holiday. Highly recommended.

Although the booking system when you're dealing with lots of people is a bit clunky, the staff were very helpful in sorting it all out. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are...

The restaurant was spacious, clean and well staffed. I had the specialty pie which was out of this world. Packed full of beef, which was tender and tasty with a bourbon sauce. The whole place was wheelchair accessible. Customer care was exceptional. Can't wait to go back.
