Stayed for one night on a business trip. Very pleasant hotel with interesting decor and friendly helpful staff. The room was very good, clean and well presented. Evening food was fine and a good breakfast. Excellent value for money and would not hesitate in staying next time I am in the area. An interesting hotel formally a railway station, the...

Stayed here for one night after our holiday in Jersey. Quite difficult to find as the sat nav doesn't find it! However, once we got there, it was lovely. Its an old station with Pullman coaches outside which are used for functions. It was very interesting, particularly as my husband and I are Heritage Railway volunteers. Room was lovely - looked...

I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to my friends or anyone who wants to visit Bournemouth. We had a fantastic time there. It was just a lovely experience to be at a place away from home that felt like home. Even the fellow guest were so friendly and lovely to be around .

Booked 8 rooms here the night of our wedding for all of our family and at the time of booking discussed having a big family breakfast and gift opening time the next day. Also agreed that several of my bridesmaids and other out of town guests would be coming to join us for breakfast (as there wasn't enough room for...

I only stayed for one night while visiting some friends for spa reunion, the hotel was clean, the staff were politie & the breakfast was good, the only downside was the room was very warm, but the hotel itself is in an excellent location for the beautiful new forest

Its convenient for early airport flights. Cannot comment on food as we did not dine there for Dinner or Breakfast tray. Set back off the main road, sat nav gets very confused on location. Plenty of parking with children area at rear.

we stayed at the Avon Causeway to attend a wedding at Parley Manor. From checking in to leaving the next day the whole experience was faultless. The cleanliness was excellent and in particular the check in staff were helpful and breakfast staff were good and friendly. Thanks
