We stayed two nights and booked a superior twin room on the second floor at the front, overlooking the bowling green. A charming room with oodles of space, two easy chairs and extremely comfortable beds. My wife is almost an insomniac but her second night was much more restful than usual. The soft down pillows made all the difference. As...

This was featured in the July Waitrose Kitchen magazine and offered a 25% discount. We booked the night before we went and the only room available was an upgrade. It was excellent, plenty of room with a sofa and two armchairs. Initially parking was a problem, we had been told to park opposite while we checked in. But, there was...

Thank you for your recent kind review of our Hotel; we take on board your observations with regard to the parking and our selections of Ales. We do have limited parking available for hotel residents at either the front or rear of the hotel, and we are sorry that this was not relayed to you sooner in your stay. As...

Parking was a nightmare but swiftly sorted out by the extremely helpful staff. It was very confusing not having a check in desk. You had to poke your head into the office and then when writing things down (checking in and out) there was nothing to lean on, just very awkward. Our room was enormous, was clean fresh and lovely...

We stayed at the Kings Arms hotel on 25th June for one night in a kings room overlooking the front of the hotel and the pavilion green. (It's the room in the middle of the hotel at the front, with floor to ceiling windows, opening onto a balcony). We were met by a very pleasant member of reception staff who...

We held our wedding at The Kings Arms hotel on 20 June and from start to finish the events team were fabulous. It was everything and more we could have asked for and we loved every second - Sophie, John, Gemma and Karen couldn't have done anymore to help us - especially with my very detailed specific instructions and set...

We took advantage of the special offer for two nights B&B with £50 off dinner and £50 off lunch. The hotel itself was extremely clean and staff were friendly especially Nico in the restaurant ( I believe he was new too). The Turbot Cutlet that I ordered off the specials menu was fantastic, excellent value for money and well cooked with...

We booked this hotel the day before arriving in Christchurch and were not disappointed. There is no obvious reception but we were checked in very quickly and efficiently. Our room was on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel comfortable with a lovely bathroom, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. The shower was great as was the bath. We...

We got married at the Kings and the staff and food were amazing. I love this venue. It's very modern and the service is outstanding. We went back today and the food was just gorgeous and price very reasonable. They all remembered us and catered for our little girl. She is a fussy eater. Love this place and look forward...

Harbour Hotels really seem to get things right in my opinion - the hotel is smart (especially with the new bar) and the rooms are stylish and have everything you want. We were upgraded to a Queen Room which was lovely and overlooking the courtyard at the back so really quiet. The bed is so comfortable - what lovely pillows!...

Enjoyed happy hour here. Bar tender very attentive & excellent cocktails which were good value. The bar has recently been moved so is much larger than it was. The surroundings are classy & modern & a pleasure to relax in.
