Four of us stayed at this exceptional B&B for two nights. We were very impressed from the room layouts, spotlessly clean, to all the extras in the bathroom. Great shower and plenty of refreshments in the rooms. The hosts were chatty and friendly. A lovely couple with nothing is too much trouble attitude. They served good fresh food and keep...

This b+b is better than a hotel. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, the place was immaculate. The room we had was spotless, beautifully decorated, and with everything you could want for a stay, there was nothing to criticise at all. There were more 'extras' in the bathroom than at any hotel I have ever stayed in,. Really cosy...

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my 60th Birthday. I would honestly say this is better than all the top hotels I have stayed in. The location is just perfect for Avon beach and Mudeford Quay all within a 5 minute walk. We come to this area 3 or 4 times a year and just love it. We...

We stayed here one night and were very happy we chose this place. The people were very friendly and helpful despite a family emergency. The room was clean and comfortable with an en suite washroom. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. It is close to Avon beach so we were able to go for a walk on the...

Just spent 3 nights in this B&B which we chose having read glowing reviews about it . Such a lovely atmosphere and excellent breakfast. Jayne and Steve are the perfect hosts making our stay so enjoyable. The location is so close to the beach and the bus stops right outside the property. Will be going back again very soon.

Agree 100% with all the good reviews - we liked Water's Edge right from the start, and Jayne and Steve couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Superb breakfasts and very comfortable room. Although we know the surrounding area very well, we hadn't stayed in Mudeford before, and we hope this visit turns out to be the first of many....

“The b&b was fairly small with only 3 rooms. One twin, one double & one king size room. We had the king & it was quite roomy. Our friends stayed in the double & said their room was very comfortable too. Both facing the main road but traffic noise was at a minimum. Also within very easy walk to the beach.”
