Following the post code did not work. Only found the hotel by phoning and finding out the village name. Nice room with generous tea-making facilities. Chocolate bar a nice touch. Very friendly staff, two good dinners, good breakfasts.

Our second visit to Fisherman's Haunt has been even more successful than the first. We were 7 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs! Everyone was welcoming, helpful and efficient. As you can imagine dinner could have been a challenge but we were looked after beautifully, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

We stayed for two nights for a local wedding. The food was very good but what made the hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff. Our second room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower excellent.

Great location to explore the Dorset Coastline, our Bedroom was located in the adjacent coach house (No 10 first floor) Room was very clean and quite spacious, only downside was the Bathroom that needed some well over due TLC. Breakfast excellent especially those with a big appetite, plenty of variety. Special mention to Laura and Kirsty who made us feel...

This is the second time we have stayed here and our review is similar to before. Very nice pub/restaurant area and outside terrace, loads of table around. Both visits we have had a really friendly welcome and staff have been brilliant. Very dog friendly with water for dogs literally 'on tap' and biscuits on the bar. The only downside is...

Located < 10 Miles from Burley in the New Forest. Easy driving access to coast and the forest. Comfortable room, quiet, well presented, Small bath with shower curtain which was a bit tight. Dog friendly, I didn't notice dog allowed when booking but there wasn't any noise. Room in an annex to the main Pub restaurant. Nice characterful pub restaurant...

I stayed here for a business trip, and found it very pleasant and homey. The staff were warm and welcoming and the rooms were very comfy with lovely toiletries, chocolate and tea and proper coffee with biscuits. All in all it made the trip a less stressful one. Food was lovely I can't find much to fault it.

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting family. Its ok but as previous reviews it could do with some modernisation, the food is fine but on the Sunday evening the restaurant ran out of some items on the menu, which was a little disappointing and the service was slow. The breakfasts are very good, service was very slow on the Monday...

Just came back from a two night stay with our dog. Staff are lovely, food great and entertainment provided of a weekend evening (pub quiz, live band) very central location for Christchuch, Mudeford etc. Would highly recommend as a perfect base for anyone wanting a great out door weekend. Hotel is slightly dated, but perfect for what we were after...
