We only stayed one night wanting to break a long journey from home in Derbyshire before going on to Skye The Highland house was perfect for our purposes. Easy to find in a quiet street in the town centre. They accepted our dogs for a very modest charge Nice walks nearby and good choice of eating places in the town.... More

If you are expecting a hotel, it's not. It's a couple ran B&B, they are lovely, bag pipes are a nice touch, good breakfast in the morning, close to shops, restaurants around. But that's about it. We had the misfortune of having one of the rooms with down the hall bathroom. Which is a tricky thing as the sign in the... More

Despite its title this is no hotel but a basic b&b. My room was adequate but in desperate need of upgrading. The two teabags on the room tray made me smile and yet 4 milk containers? Adequate breakfast not sure if the skirl of the pipes exactly welcome early morning foreign visitors probably think it's a plumbing defect?

Great one night stay at this lovely wee guest house. I was given a double room with views of Ben Ledi - despite only having booked a single, because they weren't that busy on that Monday night. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great! Owners are lovely people and so welcoming. Free Parking was available in the... More

My Australian friend and I stayed here for 1 night, highly recommended, spotlessly clean rooms, nice hot shower, women up by bagpipes in the morning, and then had a delicious Scottish cooked breakfast. Tom the owner even played the Australian national anthem for us, what a sweet touch. Defimately recomend and would love to come back

This was the last stop for us on our trip, value for money and friendly hosts. They recommended places to eat which was as nice as promised and even had an umbrella handy for the rain. Comfortable room and breakfast was lovely. Proudly showing their Four in a Bed winner plaque on the wall.

This hotel is on a side street off the busy main street of Callander and there is plenty of on-street parking nearby. The room we had was pleasant and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent. The host is ex Scots Dragoon Guards and the dining room is full of musical instruments which he can play - including bagpipes used... More
