The lodges are outstanding , the view lovely, the location great, nearby village has a local shop, pub and fantastic fish and chip shop! Let down by staff on reception who is bordering on rude! We visit here at least once sometimes two or three times a year! We usually book directly with the park. We have had some things...

Another fantastic holiday at Dacre Lakeside! So chilled in the hot tub and the cabins are beautiful. Just perfect, highly recommended. We will definitely be back! Close to lots of activities and a gorgeous beach, we love it! X ❤

Stopped in a garden lodge. Was amazing best lodge wev stopped in. Decor was fab and little extras eg robes, milk, coussants were an excellent finishing touch. Kids realy enjoyed it and was realy safe and laid out safely for them. Loved it we will be back again.

We booked this as a last minute idea for new year. We are a family of 4 with twin 9 year olds. The accommodation says sleeps up to 4. On first impressions, the lodge and the setting is lovely. I was treated by friends to a few nights stay in one of the park's dog friendly lodges and decided to extend my stay and boy am I glad I did. There is a small club house and bar and a restaurant called Bert's on site, I must admit I didn't make much use of these but they looked clean...

our lodge was very secluded, a fence surrounding the garden was a good idea, a dip the hot tub was not over looked by anyone. We checked in late (21:30) which wasn't an issue, a little drive down to the lodge and found it to be clean and warm. We spent some days in the lodge and others venturing around...

Just back from a 4day break stayed in Lodge 8 by the pond ....2 beautiful bedrooms both ensuite...one with large bath and the other with a fantastic walk in shower. We stayed at Dacre Lakeside Park in the Dragonfly Lodge for 4 nights in mid October. On our arrival, the Lodge was very clean with Bed linen, Towels, Bath Robes and Slippers provided.
