Not included in the price but it was £20 for two of us for a 3 hour slot. Very nice spa indeed with an additional option of a 30 minute private hot tub usage with a glass of prosecco each but we used the facilities from 5 to 8pm and it was very quiet with the last hour being all to ourselves.

Ii didn't see one. Stayed in the Coach House on the ground floor and the bar and eating areas were all level enough. Athe front door can be avoided by going in the near side close to the Coach House.
