We were a bit apprehensive about out stay after reading the negative comments about the customer service. However, when we arrived, even though it was busy, we were welcomed with a smile and given all the information we needed. The following day we popped in...More

We visited last weekend for our first camping trip in a few years. The view when you arrive is breathtaking. The staff were very helpful both on the phone and in person. I am glad we opted to stay on at Sea Barn as the...More

Thanks for your comments and glad you enjoyed both your visits. You are spot on with the family orientation at West Fleet! Although both parks are marketed as "Family Camping Parks", West Fleet is where the pool and clubhouse are and so those who want...More

Thanks for your thoughts. Glad you enjoyed your stay. True, the older facilities block doesn't have all the amenities that the new one does - but then not many AA three pennant parks do! But, as you've pointed out, the new block does have family...More

Beautiful very well kept campsite and fantastic views. Immaculate wash/toilet/shower facilities. I would give this campsite 5 stars if not for the un-smiling, cool and humourless staff at the reception/shop. It is rather unwelcoming and such a contrast to the reception we receive elsewhere anywhere...More

Thanks for your comments. Just to clarify, not everyone finds the reception staff to be "cold and humourless" as you have suggested, but, as other reviews attest, we tend to find that those who have been asked not to do something they shouldn't or asked...More
