I travelled to Weymouth by train with the main reason for my visit being my participation in the town's half-marathon. With this in mind Gloucester House was ideally situated being close to both the railway station and the Pavilion, which is where the race started from. The owner Geoff was polite and helpful, with my room spotlessly clean and boasting...

We had a two-day stay here - our first visit to Dorset. The twin room with lovely sea view (and balcony) was small but comfortable, the breakfast was great and Chris and Geoff were friendly and welcoming. The location of Gloucester House was excellent and the fact that we could have free parking too was a real bonus. Thank you.
