I would like to point out that the hosts are very friendly. The breakfast is very good. More choice of fruits, a better choice of yoghurts, a croissant (even a wrapped one) would have made it perfect. I travel a lot - other b&b provide it. The coffee was not good - even if popular with other guests. I liked...

Great location, beach one side, old harbour behind. Comfortable beds, nicely furnished, lovely breakfast. Loud music at front from live bands on beach and fairground rides, because of carnival, but all was quiet by 10.30pm. Made very welcome, and the reserving of 2 car-parking spaces nearby was most appreciated, since we five arrived during carnival. Lovely terrace for breakfast, or...

The Chatsworth is right at the end of the Esplanade, on the north side of the harbor. It is convenient for reaching the south side, which I preferred to the north, and for the buses, although it is a bit of a trek from the train station. My room was on the first floor, with trees blocking any real view...

Best hotel I have stayed in during my visits to Weymouth. Will definitely be using again and would recommend this place to anyone. We spent three nights recently with a group of friends celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect location. Our room which has the only balcony overlooking the harbour in Weymouth was spacious with all...

We have returned to Weymouth for the fourth time, staying at The Chatsworth Hotel, situated on The Esplanade, overlooking Weymouth Bay. The Chatsworth is a period property, there are 8 rooms over three floors, retaining much of its charm, whilst also having a tasteful, modern decor. At the rear of the property is a gorgeous terraced area which over looks...

We booked room 1 and it had a view that was beyond our expectations. Watching boats coming and going, lifeboat launches and the catch of the day coming home. The room was clean and had a good supply of towels and toiletries. Parking permits were available free of charge which was a nice extra. Breakfast was very good quality, bacon...

We booked a couple of nights at short notice through booking.com at this " Hotel ". The site said that no standard rooms were available just a " superior " double at £120. So we assumed the extra money would be worth it for a higher spec room. Unfortunately the room had little else in it other than the double...

We had a fantastic welcome at the chatsworth. Even though we arrived on the wrong day (long story) we were made more than welcome! Staff bent over backwards and our stay was comfortable and homely. The huge bed and great quality bedding was opulent and the room had a beautiful view of the sea. Great location and a lovely terrace...
