Stayed there for five days (coach trip), as was very pleased to find such a lovely clean & well run hotel. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Food was plentiful & well cooked. All the staff were brilliant & nothing was any trouble. The Leam is a customer focused hotel at it's best. We will certainly stay there when we next visit...

Turkey and Tinsel trip in early November - hotel clean and staff very friendly especially Sally in the dining room. She was great. The food however was not so good. Breakfast not too bad(excellent porridge) and evening meal Mon & Thurs was ok - Tues/Weds was atrocious. Whole menu was very 70's - much better if they had a buffet...

I would certainly stay again. The only draw back is that it is not good for disabled people. Although there is a lift...

The Leam hotel is situated on the sea front just across the road from the sea, the jubilee clock was right outside the window. The room was quite pleasant, but the staff are outstanding, each member of staff added something to our experience. It was nice that they wore name badges so I will name as many as I can...

Very pleased with the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy room and good food. We were given an excellent welcome at the hotel, and this followed through with the quality of customer service that we received during our stay. The hotel is a listed building located on the esplanade, and is therefore close to the beach and the...
