Not my best stay in an hotel. The only good thing was the young lady who greeted me, from there it went down hill. Like I said you get what you pay for, sad they forgot the wifi I paid extra for, and forget the TV, the signal was rubbish. Sad to say I have had better B&Bs., and for...

Overall a good place to stay. Clean and friendly. Wifi should be free for any stay these days and breakfast was £8.25 which maybe was a little expensive but was an eat what you want deal. However for a family the children eat free which then makes it excellent value !! Would happily stay there again 🙂

Stayed for one night, reception let us check in a hour early which was nice. Room very basic with no draws for socks etc. So I staying longer than one night would struggle. Overall excellent and staff very helpful.

Pleasant stay we as a family of five had two rooms and were on our way to Alton towers. It was a nice location within walking distance from nice restaurants and town center. Hotel shares car park with lild. Breakfast was great for the price only fault was rooms too hot and was too noisy to leave window open and...

The people at this economy hotel are consistently terrific. Great attitude, really friendly and attentive. Upmarket hotels in the UK could learn a lot by having their people stay as this place. It is always a really neat experience.

Stayed for one night with a few friends in April. The room was very good. It was warm, clean and tidy and the shower was great. Had the all you can eat breakfast in the morning which was lovely, but the staff couldn't keep up with the demand so we were waiting for certain items to be cooked. The staff...

We were in the area to visit Alton Towers I have stayed here three years ago for the same reason , good choice as lots of eateries close by . This time I opted for breakfast included in my Travelodge stay , buffet style self serve , cereals, yoghurts , fresh fruit salad , cooked breakfast ( which was boiling...

It was a good overall experience, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was light and airy, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choice was very good/varied and cooked just right, everything was spotless.

The good things are; clean with excellent staff and the food and the bar was fine. The room is a reasonable size and the bed is very comfortable. The bad things are; the room is furnished with a bed and a small desk (with the kettle and tea and coffee making items on) and an office chair. There are no...
